"Camping to get out of the habit - We stayed at the campsite for two nights in August 2023 to see the city of Brussels. The journey to the campsite proved to be very adventurous. First it went through a very narrow residential area - with no way to get out of the way - and finally there was an incline of 10 - 12% to get to the campsite. On this incline, you have to keep right before left!!! When we arrived at the site, the owner gave us a very unfriendly and unwilling welcome. She assigned us a pitch on which we then set up. Later she said that she hadn't meant that pitch and that we would have to move! The campsite itself is surrounded by old trees and seems quite idyllic. Sometimes you could hear the planes approaching Brussels, but that didn't bother us too much. The wash house was in urgent need of renovation. Everything is very outdated. It was also not really clean. (We were unable to observe any cleaning). There were four showers, two men's toilets, one urinal and four women's toilets for the entire site. It takes a good 30 minutes by car to get to the center of Brussels. Unfortunately, there is no other connection! Conclusion: Once and never again!!!!

"Quiet campsite - The campsite is located in a suburb of Brussels. We were given a warm welcome and had a large pitch. The campsite is close to the forest and you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The site is ideal for 1-2 nights. The sanitary building was clean and in good order.
