"Never again - Staff is disinterested, most places are in the blazing sun, garbage collection drives through the streets at 6.00, toilets are filthy, animation grottoes bad. My first time here - never again. This campsite probably bought its 4.5 stars on eBay. In every ladies shower there is a 1cm hole on the right and left at the level of the pubic area. The lawn was mowed without notice on my pitch with a brush cutter when I was on the beach. The entire pitch looks like a pigsty. No apology or cleaning of the pitch and no -we're sorry.whether the car has paint damage will be checked on Monday in Germany as I'm still here until Sunday. No soap to wash your hands in the toilet blocks. Harassment on arrival. I wanted to go to another place that was free. I was told that there was nothing free. I put up the tent and went to ask again anyway. Suddenly they had a free pitch which they had already had free before. I then had to take down my tent and put it up again.

"Not recommended with a dog! - Yes, it's a pity actually... The site is getting on in years and in my opinion there would be a need for renovation here and there but nevertheless everything is always kept clean... However, if you now have to pay 9 euros a day for your dog, I honestly expect more! We have also experienced neighbors who left the next day because the requirements for the place with a dog are simply not given... We were traveling with our Goldi and for us it was important that he could go swimming every day... This was only possible because we were lucky enough to have bikes and a dog bike trailer with us, so we cycled 9km to the dog beach every day and 9km back again in the evening. Well, we probably won't be coming back here with our dog...

"Great location, the rest rather "OK" - The place is old-established and has a certain "flair". The location by the lagoon and the sea is great and the catering (store, restaurant, supermarket) is reasonable. Nevertheless, we found it only "ok" overall. Our wash houses (in the west) were really run down. The showers were cramped and dark, the water was lukewarm, there was no soap in the toilets (not even in the new wash houses), the drains were smelly etc. There is a clear need for investment. Bibione itself can basically be saved. Everything is super-touristy and there are only huge concrete blocks (apartments, hotels). The rest is somehow reminiscent of the Ballermann. Of course, the campsite can't do anything about this and it was basically our own decision. We would rather not come back (neither to the campsite nor to Bibione).

"Nice place that is getting on in years - As I have known the course for 50 years, I can say that the quality has deteriorated considerably in the last 15-20 years. In my opinion, the last 15 years have only been invested in maintenance. Unfortunately, not much has been invested in the reception and sanitary facilities, apart from perhaps a new coat of paint. On the main arrival days you have to allow 2-2.5 hours waiting time at registration and if you don't have the ID cards of all fellow travelers with you, then you have to queue up again. Since 2017, dogs have been allowed in a very limited area. The advertised agility area is locked and no one at reception could tell me how to get a key. I did find a way, which earned me a scolding from the head of the security team, but after that I received a key, which is normally not handed out permanently, but always has to be picked up and handed in at security. All in all, I can say that the location of the site is good, but unfortunately so is the negative development. Too bad about the place that was once the leading place in Bibione.
