"Lots of space for lots of people - Booking via email or telephone without any problems, unfortunately no online booking possible. Contact and registration friendly - payment is made immediately on arrival. The high number of pitches vary in quality, close to the beach or the lake, but also in the open area similar to a soccer pitch without mutual separation. You can hear everything from the neighbors, whether you like it or not. How to position yourself on the pitch is shown in the display case. You have to find it yourself or, in the worst case, you could be fined. It would be really desirable if this was made a subject of discussion when registering! The sanitary facilities are new, clean, exclusive and available in sufficient numbers. There are shopping facilities (food). However, 15 cents is also charged for a bread roll. The one restaurant on site is quite simple but not expensive. There are playgrounds and table tennis tables for children. The beach is very long and suitable for a long walk, but too rocky for us to swim and sunbathe.

"Tripsdrill amusement park - We were guests at the campsite on the weekend 26-28.7.19 because we couldn't find anything closer to the amusement park, but that didn't turn out to be a disadvantage. Friendly welcome and price were outstanding and to Tripsdrill you only need 40min. So perfect.

"Spaetzle rally - The sanitary facilities are clean, the management and the members are always approachable and a very nice parking space, everything is in order, my wife and I have been participants in the Spätzle Rally for 10 years, everything is great, keep it up.

"Visit to the 37th spaetzle rally - We were with 2 adults, 2 children (9 & 12 years) and a WoWa with awning from 31.05.18 to 03.06.18 on the campsite "Buchhorn am See" of the camping club Ludwigsburg. The pitch rental was already included in the rally fee (W-LAN subject to a charge). The campsite is managed by the camping club. Everything was perfectly prepared for the Spätzle Rally. The tourist pitches are located next to the permanent pitches. The electricity and water supply is easily accessible. The sanitary facilities are older, but generally clean and well maintained. The large shower cubicles with hand showers were particularly impressive. In addition to the children's playground, there is a youth room, two boules lanes, an on-site restaurant and the Seeklause on the neighboring pitch was also highly recommended to us for a meal. There is also entertainment during the high season. The area is beautiful and as a DCCplus site, the campsite offers great package deals for families.

Den Campingplatz in Buchhorn am See, welches am Nordrand des schwäbischen Waldes liegt, betreibt der Camping-Club Ludwigsburg bereits seit 1973. In der näheren Umgebung des ganzjährig geöffneten und am Seeufer gelegenen Platzes befinden sich ausgedehnte Wälder, Wiesen und Weinberge. Die …Parzellen auf dem 3 Hektar großen Gelände besitzen allesamt eine Größe von 100 qm sowie einen Strom- bzw. Wasseranschluss. Darüber hinaus stehen den Gästen moderne Sanitäranlagen mit Duschen und einer behindertengerechten Toilette zur Verfügung. Zudem sind eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trockner vorhanden und es besteht die Möglichkeit, Gasflaschen zu erwerben. Ebenso verfügt die Anlage über einen bewirtschafteten Aufenthaltsraum und einen Boule-Platz. Außerdem können sich die jüngeren Gäste - wetterunabhängig - entweder auf dem großen Spielplatz, wo auch eine Tischtennisplatte steht, oder in der Kinderspielhalle austoben.
