"Very friendly and familiar - A very nice quiet, clean little place! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the site is in a cute little resort with lots of locals, the public beach is 200m away and there are lots of little local and a few bars around with delicious ice cream and snacks. The facilities are simple without a lot of frills but you have everything you need and it is very clean. There are lots of families on the site and dogs don't seem to be a problem here. The permanent campers are very friendly, there are probably not that many tent pitches but the ones that are there are large, shady (very good in the heat) and sheltered. There is lots of entertainment for children, the teenagers chill out on the beach, where you can sit and relax at night and enjoy the great view. All in all, great for relaxing, unwinding, sunbathing and discovering the area. Lots of culture and nature, beautiful area with views of the mountains, forest and sea. Optimal value for money! Because there are many families with children here, the night's rest should be respected. But that was never a problem. The staff also speak English and German and are very friendly and really accommodating!

"No thanks - Too many people, too much confusion. Fine for younger people maybe but for us it was too much. Maybe it's better in the off-season?

" - We were passing through this site and would advise against stopping here! Not only this site, but actually all sites here gave the impression that only permanent guests in permanently furnished caravans with wooden porches are welcome. Of course there are places for travelers, but very few. One of the two sanitary facilities has a new extension with proper toilet bowls. The showers are ok. Conclusion: We will probably never stay in this area for one night again...

The campsite is very close to the seaside, five minutes by foot. It is surrounded by pinetrees, it is quiet, for those who like enjoying peace, and it is cheerful for those who are full of energy to spend in …cycling along the avenues towards Marina di Carrara, Marina di Massa, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, the famous Versilia. The Apuan Alps with Carrara marble quarries are just few kilometers far away from the campsite. These enjoyable mountains are good place for hikes, trekking and to taste tasty rustic flavours as “lardo di Colonnata”. The campsite is also not far away (an hour by car) from Lunigiana, an ancient land full of medieval castles, stony cottages and where you can taste traditional homemade dishes. The campsite Dal Pino offers several facilities such as: football pitch, ping pong, bowls pitch, comfortable and clean sanitary appliances, free hot showers as free Wi-FI.
