"Excellent - We spent 2 weeks in June 2018 at the campsite 'De Boschhof' in Herwen. A fine campsite: quiet, spacious pitches, nice location, good sanitary facilities, beautiful cycling environment and friendly, helpful administrators (Mr. and Mrs. v.d. Bosch) who make you feel welcome (a.o. by putting stairs under the cherry trees to eat cherries to your heart's content!) Recommended!

"pleasant campsite - Very nice campsite. An oasis of peace fine people clean and very friendly. Very nice area for cycling and definitely worth the effort and cozy terraces along the Rhine. "Short vacation at the Dutch border - For our short break over a long weekend in May, we wanted to stay at a campsite on the Dutch/German border. We chose the "Boschhof", a horse farm with an adjoining campsite. Our first impression was great: a quiet location between horse meadows and beautiful flowering trees. The owners were very friendly and also speak some German. The sanitary facilities were clean and were cleaned daily despite the low number of visitors. There was nothing wrong with the site itself either: level lawn and sufficiently large pitches. A site ideal for couples and parents with older children. There is no playground on the Boschhof itself, but there is a communal pavilion and a storage area for bicycles. The surrounding area is ideal for walking or cycling (along the Rhine). The nearby cities of Arnhem and Nijmwegen are ideal for day trips. In short, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly like to come back.

Een rustige, kindervrije camping met ruime plaatsen met prachtig uitzicht. Ligging in het Rijnstrangen gebied met vele wandel en fiets routes, bossen, recreatieplas en prachtig coulisselandschap in de nabijheid van de camping. Dichtbij de Pieterpad wandelroute. Doelgroep 45+ zonder kinderen. …Bij de camping is een paardenfokkerij waarvan de paarden met veulens in de weide grazen.
