"Cancellation rip-off - Voucher / rebooking after 2022 not possible despite Corona. Not only 75% of the travel price was withheld (cancellation was > 30 days before) but also 75% of the tourist tax and € 26.20 fees were deducted.

"The last one, 0 goodwill, rip-off, unfriendly - 2020 is a special year. You should also show some tact if you want to keep customers. The vacation was actually supposed to take place at Easter. After the outbreak of the pandemic, it couldn't be canceled, but postponed. So we postponed to October. Now there's another travel warning with corresponding quarantine rules. Again the reaction is negative and 90% of the costs are retained without providing any service. The pitch will probably be rented out a second time. Other providers can also be fair, but it's strange that de Krim can't and hides behind the terms and conditions. That's how you scare away customers. Never again Texel, never again de Krim.

"Unfortunately getting worse - We have been coming to the campsite for years, but unfortunately we have to realize that nothing is being done about the campsite infrastructure. The whole thing has nothing to do with an alleged 4 or 5 star campsite. When it rains, the paths are so flooded that there are holes everywhere and you can't get to the wash house without rubber boots. The comfort pitches are now also full of holes. Despite information from the reservation, nothing has been done about it for years. The wash house should also be urgently renovated in the meantime, some doors don't close, no electricity in between as fuses fly out etc. Fact for us, we have been there at least 1-2 times a year so far, but price/performance no longer fit, the newer swimming pool does not save the shortcomings on the campsite.

"Well-kept space with a wide range of services - There is a lot to experience in the center. Entertainment, restaurants, shopping, swimming pool etc. Situated in beautiful surroundings in the north of Texel.

"Dirty sanitary facilities, dirty rinsing area, urinal wet for several days... - The sanitary area was dirty and the showers were cold in the men's and women's area for an entire morning. The sink area was dirty. Dirty sinks. 🤢

"Nice place :-) - So the place deserves 5 stars.the sanitary buildings could be renewed.it was cleaned several times a day! The only thing I missed was disinfectant at the washbasins (there is some for the toilet seat), but that's really complaining at a high level.

Camp site De Krim Texel The camp site at De Krim has a quirky, natural layout with a large range of pitches in large or small fields, sheltered from sun and wind or with sun all day long, according to …your preference. Most pitches have a children’s playground within sight. The modern heated sanitary facilities are centrally located and are kept very clean. Hot water for washing or showering is, of course, free of charge. You can choose between a Regular pitch, a Comfort pitch, or a ComfortPlus pitch with private sanitary facilities. The entire site has wireless Internet access (at a charge). Besides the many facilities at De Krim, all kinds of activities are organised for children in the school holidays – such as the entertainment programme with Joris Jutter, the son of a genuine Texel beachcomber.

NACH TEXEL Mit dem Auto: Von Amsterdam aus ist Texel in ungefähr zwei Stunden via Hoorn und Den Helder zu erreichen. Über die Autobahn A7 und/oder die Fernstraße N9 erreichen Sie Den Helder. Wenn Sie aus östlicher Richtung kommen, fahren …Sie über den Abschlussdeich nach Den Helder. In Den Helder ist der kürzeste Weg zur Fähre ausgeschildert. Mit dem Zug/Bus: Ab Bahnhof Den Helder nehmen Sie den Bus oder das Taxi zur Fähre nach Texel. Sie halten vor dem Gebäude des Fährunternehmens Teso. Fähre: Die Fähre (TESO) fährt stündlich von morgens 6.30 Uhr bis abends 21.30 Uhr. Die Überfahrt dauert ungefähr 20 Minuten. An Sonn- und Feiertagen beginnt der Fährdienst, abhängig von der Saison, ein oder zwei Stunden später. Es ist nicht möglich, einen Platz zu reservieren. Informationen zu Preisen, Wartezeiten und zusätzlichen Abfahrten finden Sie unter: www.teso.nl. AUF TEXEL Zum Ferienpark De Krim: Vom Fährhafen zum Ferienpark De Krim:Auf Texel angekommen fahren Sie vom Fährhafen Richtung Den Burg. Beim ersten Kreisverkehr gerade ausfahren. Beim zweiten Kreisverkehr rechts abbiegen in Richtung De Cocksdorp. Nach circa 6 Kilometern beim Kreisverkehr rechts abbiegen in Richtung De Cocksdorp. Nach circa 8 Kilometern ist De Krim-Abfahrt (Seitenweg 33) nach links ausgeschildert. Mit dem Bus: Auf Texel gibt es eine Busverbindung vom Fährhafen zum Ferienpark De Krim.
