"We recommend the campsite without hesitation - We spent 2 weeks with our caravan on the campsite this summer. The site is well occupied in summer, mainly by Dutch people. We received a very friendly welcome at reception (in German), the camping team is competent and goes out of their way to make sure holidaymakers have a good time. The site is in a very quiet location just outside Anduze directly on the river, which is accessible via 3 points. The river is shallow at the front of the campsite, at the back there are great rocks for cliff jumping, which was THE highlight for our children. Other highlights (for children) are the great pool with water slides (separate), a nice playground with trampolines, great children's entertainment (in Dutch) and lots of soccer for the boys of all ages. The pitches are partly in the shade, but some are also fully sunny. There is a bread roll service, but you need to know that you have to order everything except baguettes and croissants a day in advance directly from the mini-market. If you manage to do this, you will get very tasty bread and rolls, including dark ones. On the other hand, we can't recommend the restaurant at all, the food is terrible, only the pizza is okay. The sanitary facilities, on the other hand, were always clean.

"Beautiful place by the river - The campsite is located directly on the River Gardon. It's a great place to swim and cool off. There are mixed sanitary facilities on the site, most of which are very well maintained and clean. There is a small trampoline park and a playground for children. There is also an outdoor pool with slides and an indoor pool on the site. There are also table tennis tables and a grass football pitch. Apart from a few German guests, there were many Belgians and Dutch people on the site. From 23:00 absolute silence is desired, which is difficult on warm summer evenings ;-) We can recommend the campsite without hesitation! We

"excellent campsite - The women at reception are very friendly and even speak excellent German. What's more, all the women there look very typically French. So it's really great there. The river Gardon, which flows right next to it, is particularly beautiful with its many rocks. They are ideal for children to learn to climb. There is also a freely accessible swimming area on the campsite. Highly recommended. The pitches are also good and the restaurant is highly recommended. A small store next to the restaurant opens early for about 2 hours where you can buy the most necessary things, especially fresh baked goods. We had a great time and even made a little movie about the campsite, the small town of Anduze and our trip on the steam train that departs from Anduze. "Great location directly on the Gardon - The campsite is located directly on the banks of the Gardon, where you can also swim. The pitches close to the shore are nevertheless quiet, as the rather cool water means that swimming is largely restricted to the warmer hours. The pitches are also suitable for large caravans. The pool area is nice, but cannot be compared with the really big campsites, and we preferred the Gardon.

"Our favorite place if you don't have to travel in the high season. - The Issarte family really put their heart and soul into running this site and are always there for their camping guests. They also invest in new features every year. This was our fourth time there. This year, unfortunately, we had very sociable Dutch neighbors who didn't care about our night's sleep. Even advertising didn't help. We probably won't come here again in the high season.
