"Lake camping in the Sauerland - Beautifully situated small campsite directly on the banks of the Möhnesee. Nice team & clean sanitary facilities. As the site was very full due to the Ascension weekend and I had booked too late, I had a very narrow and shady pitch. However, if you book in good time, you have the chance of very nice pitches right on the shore of the lake. I will gladly go again.

"Good location - Was with 2 kids (4/5 years) for 2 days in the fall on the place. The reservation was uncomplicated by phone. Nice reception from the guys at check-in. However, the entrance to the site is really very narrow. Had to fold in an outside mirror on my motorhome. No idea why they made it so narrow! The site is in a really great location. Lake Möhne is right next to the site and can be seen from almost every pitch. Every pitch has a power connection. However, there is only 1 water point in front of the wash house. I find that very unusual. It can take 5 minutes to get fresh coffee water. Well. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years and let's call them functional. Certainly ok for 2-3 nights. In the kiosk there was the usual ice cream and rolls to order. The restaurant was closed due to Corona. The site is clearly laid out and was good for the kids with a playground and opportunities for cycling. A pitch riff (watch out opposite the sanitary area) said he had to pass all the children and they were only allowed to stay in the playground. After asking the real boss, this is of course not the case. Children are of course allowed on all paths. All in all, a good place for a short vacation. We'll definitely be back in the summer.

"Small beautiful place - Small site with many permanent campers, but everything ok. A sufficient number of toilets/showers available (somewhat outdated, but everything clean). Small kiosk with friendly staff offers cold drinks, snacks (including pizza), daily newspapers and ice cream. Bread roll service also available on Sundays, reasonable and fair prices. Sufficient pitches with electricity. Good hiking area. Corana rules were implemented very well by the site, also depends on the campers themselves.

"Well run, clean and friendly - Unfortunately we only spent one night at this beautiful campsite, but will be back next year. Booking by phone was uncomplicated and trustworthy. The sanitary facilities are good and up to date; no extra shower tokens are necessary. Quiet despite a few children (including ours) as it gets a bit lost. Playground by the water with sunbathing lawn - everything is well maintained and nothing has been ripped up. Bread roll service works perfectly, even for one-night stays (we've experienced it quite differently), a friendly man makes fresh pizzas at reasonable prices in almost restaurant quality - top! One wish: it's a very long way from the tent meadow to the washroom/toilet flushing bunnies: 100 m + x, which can be a drag at 3 a.m. with a daughter who has to pee. A second toilet block would be great, as well as a second water point further back. Otherwise: Good to very good impression - we'll be back!

"Nice place for a short trip - Friendly and familiar, beautiful location on the lake Pitches in good size, unfortunately without water connection nearby... Overall definitely recommendable
