"Nice place to visit Cologne - The reception is friendly, the sanitary facilities a little older, but clean. The pitches with a view of the Rhine are beautiful. Drink coffee or a Kölsch, watch the ships.... What more could you want? Then cycle 5 kilometers to the cathedral, all good!

"Not recommended loud, expensive and extremely unfriendly staff - The place is extremely expensive they deduct everything you can. Motorhomes are charged, holidaymakers are charged individually, visitors and cars cost extra, electricity is incredibly expensive and costs a tenth of what you pay1-2 amps. The electrician is incredibly arrogant, puts himself above you, knows everything better and in the end isn't even really right. It's also extremely loud. I really can't recommend it

"Profit maximization rather than fire protection? - Three stars are ok for the place. If we'd had a choice, we wouldn't have gone there, let alone stayed. We were squeezed in where a caravan could just about fit, with the 2m awning it was really tight. 240m awning: no chance. Even though I had to pay extra for it. That's not possible! This is perhaps acceptable for motorhome drivers, who can drive away quickly in the event of a fire - with caravans, this is generally not possible on an ad hoc basis. In any case, it's far too criminal for me, so for caravan campers it's only suitable as a transit / overnight accommodation option. The fire department should actually take a look.

"The character of the square has changed - We have been guests at this place for decades, so we can definitely be considered regulars. Unfortunately, the atmosphere has not changed for the better since the last change of operator. Flexibility now seems to be a foreign word. On our last visit, we asked to be allowed to leave late in the afternoon because of a birthday party (for a fee, of course). This was categorically refused with reference to the upcoming fully booked weekend and the guests arriving. We were therefore forced to park the caravan nearby for the afternoon hours. When we picked up the caravan in the evening, the pitch was far from full; it would have been no problem to leave it there. The former feel-good character had been lost and given way to a business-like friendliness. What a pity!

"Beautifully located campsite to explore Cologne - The reception is very friendly and we got a pitch near the Rodenkirchen bridge. This was not as noisy as other campers here rated it, at least at the weekend. The site is clean, as are the sanitary facilities, although they reach their capacity limits when full. All in all, a site I can recommend, I'll be back the next time we visit Cologne!

Unser Campingplatz liegt ganz idyllisch direkt am Rhein, - ein teilweise alter Baumbestand auf kühlem Wiesengrund lassen Sie erholsame Tage in Köln verbringen. Die Kölner Innenstadt mit dem Kölner Dom liegt ca. 5 Km von uns entfernt und ist gut …mit der Bahn - oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Ein Brötchendienst am Morgen lässt Sie gut gelaunt in den Tag starten. Am Abend erwartet Sie ein frisch gekühltes Bier aus unserem Campershop. Fast alle Wünsche können erfüllt werden! Wir freuen uns auf angenehme Gäste, - vielleicht reisen auch Sie bald zu uns an den Rhein! Wir freuen uns über netten Besuch von Ihnen!
