"Great nature campsite with lots of peace and quiet - Camping Clairac is a very natural campsite with a family atmosphere. It can only be reached via a 2.5 km long, unpaved road. The pitches are all unparcelled in a loose olive grove. You can position yourself however you like :-) There are sunny and shady spots. There is also a (6 Ah) power supply, but you should take a long cable with you. The sanitary facilities are all located in a small house at the end of the site. There are (unisex) 3 showers, 3 toilets (with glasses!) and two individual wash cubicles. And all very clean! We were there in the low season and always had a free "complete bathroom" (shower, washbasin, WC) to ourselves, but things may look a little different when the site is full. The reception is also a small café-bar and sells cookies, drinks etc. The owner is very nice and helpful with tips for excursions, maps etc. She also speaks good English. She also speaks good English. There is no bread service or similar. If you don't have a car, you should at least have a bike with you. The nearest small town is 5 km away and can only be reached via gravel roads. The site also includes use of the pool behind the owners' house (50m), but for a small fee. A real tip for nature lovers in need of peace and quiet at a cost of €22 - €27 depending on the season...

"A place to unwind! - A secluded site, depending on the period, always quiet or noisy at the beginning and end of the day due to departing and arriving staff and truck traffic from adjacent farm. Very friendly owner. It is an aire naturel. Formally max 25 places ... This number is often exceeded, which leads to waiting times at the sanitary facilities. Incidentally, also to increase the cleaning frequency!
