Profile

Camping du Bas Meygnaud is located in the green Périgord, in the heart of the Dronne Valley, in the municipality of Brantôme en Périgord (24310) and 5 km from Bourdeilles. Here you can enjoy the peaceful, restful and shady surroundings …on a forest area of almost 2 hectares. The Camping du Bas-Meygnaud offers fifty pitches in a wooded area. The dense treetops prevent sunlight from reaching the ground, so you can camp on large, shady pitches. If you are at the edge of the forest, you can look out over the fields and enjoy a little more sun. The campsite also has ten rental accommodations. You can choose from lodge tents, mobile homes and a hiker's cabin. The surrounding area offers you numerous sporting and cultural opportunities to make your stay enjoyable! The atmosphere here is cosy and quiet. Younger guests can easily keep themselves occupied here. They can splash around in the swimming pool (with a children's pool) and play football or badminton on the natural campsite. Our restaurant uses as many organic and regional products as possible and we bake our own pizzas. There is a small menu. In July and August, fresh bread is baked every morning. In high season, we offer dance, music and craft workshops. You can also get massages.
