"Quiet location by a river - A very friendly welcome in English and we were able to choose a pitch. The first row by the river is reserved for tents, but the second row was also very nice as there were hardly any tents. The ground is firm, level grass and the pitches are generously sized. Good wifi is free throughout the site. A charged shower card is required for showering. No bread roll service, but the nearest bakery is only 700m away and the Carrefour supermarket about 800m. The town center with restaurants and cafes is 900m away. Open fires are forbidden according to the site rules, but there are many fire bowls around, which are also used? The reception includes a bar with a sunny outdoor terrace. We felt very comfortable here and will be back.

" - This site is now called EauZone and is no longer communal. The owner is the same as that of Val de l'Aisne in Erezée-Blier. The site is fully renovated and still under construction. Only permitted for transients, there are no permanent campers or even permanent bungalows here (due to the risk of flooding!). The young management is very friendly and agile and this site will certainly be our preferred pitch again next year!!!

Im Herzen der Ardennen, mitten in der Natur und inmitten vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten findet man den komplett renovierten Campingplatz EAU-Zone. Der Platz liegt entlang des Flusses Ourthe und bietet alles für einen genussvollen Urlaub. Alle 84 Ferienplätze auf dem ebenen gepflegten …Gelände des Campingplatzes verfügen über Strom, Trinkwasser, Abwasser, TV und Wlan. Der Platz befindet sich nur 400 m (= also zu Fuß erreichbar) vom Zentrum von Hotton entfernt. In diesem typischen Ardenner Dorf finden Sie mehrere schöne Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte, Kiosk, Post, etc ... Wenn Sie mal hier sind, können Sie das Auto also quasi am Platz stehen lassen. Auch der Bahnhof von Melreux ist nur 1 km vom Campingplatz entfernt. Vom Campingplatz aus gibt es verschiedene Wander-, Rad-und Mountainbike-Strecken. Der Campingplatz ist von März bis November geöffnet.

Directions

Via Brussel richting Namen (= E411) tot de afslag Courrière/ Marche-en-Famenne. Rijden tot in de stad Marche en vervolgens rijden tot in Hotton (9 km). In Hotton rijd je over de brug (en de rivier de Ourthe) en onmiddellijk naar …links, richting Melreux. In de volgende bocht neem je linksaf, je blijft de rivier de Ourthe volgen. 50 m verder ziet u de inkom van camping Eau-zone. Via Maastricht rijd je voorbij Luik en volg je de autosnelweg richting Luxemburg (E25) tot afslag 49 te Manhay. Vervolgens rijd je naar rechts, 10 km rechtdoor, voorbij de kerk van Erezeé naar beneden tot aan een groot rond punt (Pont d'Erezée). Volg borden richting Hotton (7km). Volgend rond punt, 3de afrit. Aan de brug van Hotton rechtdoor richting Melreux. In de volgende bocht, neem je linksaf, je blijft de rivier de Ourthe volgen, 50 m verder ziet u de inkom van camping Eau-zone.
