"Camping in Matrei - Ein sehr gepflegter Platz, nicht parzelliert, mit hohen Hecken in einzelne Areale geteilt; Betreiber freundlich, aber etwas wortkarg; Sanitäranlagen sind etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt; 4 Supermärkte in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen; Matrei ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit einem schönen Stadtkern; Beginn des Vigintales von dem viele Möglichkeiten hochgelegene Almen zu erwandern und hochalpine Erlebnisse zu genießen

"ehrliches Camping ohne Klimbim - kleiner, ehrlicher Campingplatz ohne viel KLimbim. Stellplätze teilweise durch Hecken abgetrennt, teilweise nicht in Parzellen aufgeteilt. Kein Frisch- und Abwasser direkt am Platz, ausreichend Stromkästen in erreichbarer Nähe. Die Sanitäranlagen sind super sauber, Duschen sind kostenlos. W-Lan im Bereich der Rezeption, auf dem Platz selbst aber gutes mobiles Internet, wir haben uns eine österreichische Prepaidkarte für 10 € / 9 GB beim Supermarkt besorgt. Restaurant mit Sonnenterasse und Pizzaangebot. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung, ebenso weitere Restaurants und das Dorfzentrum. Bergbahn 5 Minuten, tolles Wander und Klettergebiet. Der Inhaber ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber keine Labertasche. Wenn man fragt bekommt man gerne Auskunft, wenn nicht eher nicht. Wir waren zum 2. x auf dem Platz und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

"Wunderschöner Platz in herrlicher Natur - Wir nutzten den Platz auf unserer Reise nach Süden und waren begeistert! Die Anmeldung war unkompliziert und es gab die Möglichkeit angehängt zu stehen. Gepflegter Rasen und Grünanlage auf dem gesamten Platz, saubere Sanitäranlage, freundlicher Besitzer und schmackhaftes Essen im Lokal. Zudem traumhafte Bergkulisse! Auf der Rückreise freuten wir uns auf einen weiteren Zwischenstopp und kommen sicher wieder - für einen längeren Aufenthalt!
