"Small beautiful place with super pool - We were there in September and almost always had the pool to ourselves on this small site. Despite the few visitors who were still there at this time of year, the small supermarket was open every day and the restaurant at least in the morning. However, the offerings in the supermarket were very limited. Staff very nice, especially in the restaurant. Sanitary facilities were cleaned super clean every day. The beach itself is very beautiful, inviting for long walks and during the week you almost have it to yourself. Lots of surfers at the weekend, numerous courses on offer. There is a wide range of bars and restaurants on the beach, but this slowly dies down in the low season. The only reason for us to change campsites after six nights was the distance to Conil, as we didn't have a car and wanted a bit more infrastructure and a good bus connection for excursions in the surrounding area after relaxing for a while.

- Por avión, los aeropuertos más próximos son los de Jerez de la Frontera, Gibraltar, Sevilla y Málaga. - Por carretera Desde el Norte Autovía E-5/A-48, coger la salida 26 (Conil-playas) sin entrar en Conil de la Frontera, coger la …carretera A-2233 que va en dirección a El Palmar y Caños de Meca. a 5 kms. hay una placa informativa de dirección a la derecha CAMPING EL PALMAR que está a 500 mts. Si se despista y entra por la playa también tiene entrada y está indicada. No tiene pérdida, es el único camping que hay en El Palmar. Desde el Sur carretera N-340 coger el desvío de Vejer de la Frontera sin subir al pueblo y seguir la dirección El Palmar- Caños de Meca por la A-2230. A unos 10 kms. hay una glorieta con dos opciones, la primera salida a El Palmar A-2233. A 1 km. otra glorieta con otras dos opciones, tomar la primera salida y a 1 km. hay una placa informativa del camping que indica a la izquierda CAMPING EL PALMAR a 500 mts. de este desvío, es una pista sin asfaltar. Si se despista en la glorieta anterior tomando la segunda salida entraría a la playa que también tiene acceso al camping y está indicado.
