"Camping is temporarily closed - El Portus is closed until at least mid-2025, which unfortunately is not stated on the campsite's website. However, I was on site and spoke to the security at the (closed) entrance

"Sanitary facilities are no longer up to date, totally outdated. - Most of the water at the toilet sinks is cold. Drinking water is only available in one place, otherwise everywhere (shower, washbasin, dishwasher) groundwater slightly salty, the green washhouse should be demolished. The campsite is unkempt we have been there 3 times and will never come back!

"Getting on in years - Too many cats on the site, they peed on my awning almost every day, if you're not careful they sneak into the camper/caravan. Some dog owners don't think it's necessary to go outside with their dogs, they mainly let their dogs do their business on the beach path. If you have a pitch in the first row to the beach, you will often encounter smells. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, the site management is not interested in this, despite being told several times.

"Far too few pitches for caravans and much worse than for motorhomes - Caravans are strongly discriminated against because the spaces are limited and far too small - not even 60 square meters - and a lot of unused spaces are reserved for motorhomes where large caravans are not allowed to stop!!!!!!!!!

"a bad place - We were on the site for 3 days at the beginning of March. The place is not bad, if not the cats and dogs defend. We first cleaned our pitch of dog excrement (5 liter bucket full) and the next morning there was another dog turd in front of our caravan. But the dog excrement was spread all over the place. We were once on the place and that for the first time and for the last time.

"Dirty camping - Dogs are walked in the campground. Mobile home in poor condition. Not really friendly staff Dirt containers are next to swimming pool and eatery. Price quality not in proportion. Eatery OK. Swimming pool is OK.
