"A nice campsite in Gilau. - I have enjoyed visiting this campsite for many years. Everything is clean, the operators are very nice, friendly and helpful. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, which will be very soon.

"Camp Eldorado - On the way back home, we spent the night at Camp Eldorado. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom facilities and the nice, clean and well-kept grounds.

"Nice place directly on very noisy main street - If the highway is extended further, this site will certainly increase in value. Very nice and well-kept, strange price calculation for off-roaders with a roof tent but still ok in terms of price.

"Simple neat campsite. Good sanitary facilities. Suitable for longer stays. - Quiet campground (after completion of highway near Cluj-Napoca). Everything is neatly maintained. Pleasant service. Dutch owner.

"Minus Dorado - Although it is close to Cluj-Napoca and the lakes of Gilau and Tarnita, it is a bit out of the way and too close to a busy road. What we liked least is that the bar has few tables and very short opening hours. Plus: The bathrooms are quite clean. It could be called El Plateado. Third rate camping.

"Recommended for sightseeing - A good place by Romanian standards. Unfortunately on a very noisy, busy thoroughfare, even at night. Friendly operator/sanitary staff. Unsuitable for cycling and unsafe footpath to the next village.

Verhuur van luxe blokhutten en volledig ingerichte luxe appartementen. In hoofdseizoen regelmatig excursies. Proffessionele Salvamont berggids aanwezig voor grottentochten, kajakken, kanoën en raften. Vele recreatiemogelijkheden, o.a. paardenkartochten, paardrijden, quad rijden, vissen, zwemmen, mineralen en fossielen zoeken, Romeinse nederzettingen en opgravingen, cultuur en folklore, bergwandelen en bergklimmen.
