"Überraschend gut! - Den bisherigen Kommentaren zum Trotz, haben wir auf dem Platz eine Nacht verbracht und eine tolle Rennrad-Tour gemacht. In der Nähe gibt es eine tolle Schlucht mit Rafing-Angebot und vom Platz selbst aus sieht man den Via Ferrata - sicher ein tolles Bergwander-Revier. Zugegeben, als wir angekommen sind, war kein Platzwart zugegen, man sollte sich einen Platz suchen und sich später anmelden. Die Auswahl war nicht sehr groß, weil im Mai der halbe Platz noch nicht für die Saison vorbereitet war. Die Plätze sind klein, aber parzelliert und alle in einem Kreis angeordnet. Der Platzwart (Typ Reinhold Messner) war sehr nett und hat uns für unsere Radtour beraten. Am Platz wird Kletterausrüstung verliehen. Die Sanitäranlage ist absolutes Basic, aber sauber und die Duschen warm, ohne Zeitbegrenzung und mit Handbrausen ausgestattet. Sicher kein Platz für 3 Wochen Sommerurlaub, aber sehr gut als Basisstation für sportliche Aktivitäten. Die Hunde der Nachbarschaft scheinen alle an Altersschwäche gestorben zu sein. Wir haben eine sehr ruhige Nacht verbracht, nicht ein Bellen war zu hören. Supermarkt und Bäcker im Ort in fußläufiger Distanz. Nähe zu den Katharer-Chateaus Peyrepertuse und Queribus.

"Accueil horrible! - L'accueil de ce camping est horrible, les enfants sont tout juste toléré, vous êtes épiés en permanence, gare à vous si vous désobéissez à une des multiples règles (qui sont affichées sur les arbres, les pancartes...). En gros vous payez et surtout vous vous taisez et si possible sur votre emplacement. Ce camping est fait pour des personnes qui ont fait veux de silence! Par contre les chiens du voisinage s'en donne à cœur joie en aboyant jour et nuit! N'oubliez surtout pas les sardines de votre tente car la responsable du camping n'hésitera pas à détacher les liens fixés (sur les branches mortes) de ses précieux arbres, par 100 km de vent et bien sur en votre absence! Aucun abris dans le camping, en cas de pluie vous êtes priés de rester sur votre emplacement et non dans les sanitaires (seul endroit avec toiture) car chez eux c'est pas l'armée du salut (dixit le propriétaire). Enfin bref, en 30 ans de camping on avait jamais vu ça! Donc passez votre chemin, un camping très sympa, simple mais avec un accueil chaleureux se trouve sur la commune voisine.

" - Agités s'abstenir, le camping est tenu dans la tranquillité pour le confort de tous. Autour c'est autre chose les chiens aboient toute la nuit dans le village. Les emplacements sont ridicules mais très bien ombragés, le soleil cogne et le vent est parfois assez violent et durable. L'ensemble est propre, mais les douches manquent d'aménagement. L'équipement de loisir est minimaliste. La salle télé est fermée, il faut prévoir à l'avance un truc à regarder pour demander la clef. Le camping est très bien situé pour voir l'arrière pays cathare. Enfin, il n'y a pas de moustiques.

Hélène and Jean Luc Schosseler welcome you all along the year in a quiet natural place at the side of the river AGLY, in Saint Paul de Fenouillet in Roussillon; for patrimony visits: cathare castles, prehistory museums: Tautavel and Belesta; …or for nature activities: rambling, climbing, caving, rafting, canyoning, … In the camping site, there is 42 shady places with electric plugs. We let too mobil homes and caravans. Near the camping site, you can stay in our holyday apartment. At the office, you’ll find all informations about the area, visits, activities and local specialities: wines and croquants (biscuits) There is a TV room, a barbecue, and some games (table tennis, pétanque, …) The camping site is equipped for handicapped persons. In winter, some toilets and shower rooms are warmed. The camping site is close to the village: shops, super market, doctors, … We accept animals.
