"Good camping, beautiful surroundings. - Inexpensive and clean pitch. In largely quiet surroundings. The pitches are rather large. The lake is large and invites you to swim on the small sandy beach. The operators are friendly. The site is dominated by permanent campers (approx. 90%).

Profile

Der Campingplatz Fuchs in Ellenberg liegt terrassenförmig oberhalb eines Badesees und besitzt einen Sandstrand mit Liegewiese. Dieses 30.000 qm große Areal bietet Platz für 170 Parzellen zu je 80-100 qm Fläche, wobei alle Stellplätze über einen eigenen Strom- und Wasseranschluss …sowie eine Entsorgungsmöglichkeit für Abwasser verfügen. Dabei speist der Platz seine Energieversorgung ausschließlich aus Ökostrom, während das Warmwasser solarerhitzt wird. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich nicht nur das Gasthaus "Seeschenke", in welchem die Besitzerfamilie regionale Spezialitäten sowie kleine Snacks serviert, sondern auch moderne Sanitäranlagen mit Baby-Badewanne und einem Wickeltisch. Des Weiteren stehen den Gästen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ebenso zur Verfügung wie ein Spülraum und ein Flaschengasdepot. Auch ein Kinderspielplatz, eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Billardtisch sind vorhanden. Während an Schlechtwettertagen zudem die platzeigene Bücherei einen beliebten Treffpunkt darstellt, locken bei Sonnenschein diverse Tagesausflüge, wie z. B. zum Schloss Ellwangen, zu den Limesthermen oder in die mittelalterliche Stadt Dinkelsbühl.
