"Overpriced - Nice location, but for 55€ excluding shower (plus 2€) absolutely overpriced; we had expected more than a water connection and gravel pitch for a comfort pitch.

"Closed because of wealth? - We wanted to go to the site from June 29 to 30. From the looks of it, there was plenty of space. After trying to make contact by phone several times in advance, we drove to the site without further ado. There was a cell phone number posted there. My wife asked and received the answer that they would not accept guests for one night and referred her to the Werder motorhome site. End of story. This site will definitely never see me again. To be told off with such a customer-unfriendly answer during the season without a shortage of space is a sign of considerable snootiness.

"Beautifully situated permanent campsite - From the location on the Glindowsee, the staff and the leisure facilities a convincing place. It is easy to cycle to Werder (old town) and shopping facilities are also easily accessible by bike. For swimming you need the guest card, also no problem. The dog beach is also only accessible in this way (via the lido, there is control, ok). The staff were very friendly, but the many permanent campers were not unpleasant. There are only a few freely selectable pitches, and you have to pay 7 euros per day for each dog. You can get to Potsdam and Berlin quickly by train (three quarters of an hour), which is worthwhile. Boat trips are possible, a good place to relax and/or be active.

"Beautifully situated and very quiet - The site is beautifully situated right on the lake and close to the lovely village of Werder and Potsdam. If you're lucky, you'll get a pitch right on the water. The site is very basic but clean and the staff are friendly. For leisure activities you have to go to Werder, but there you can go boating, eat etc... It's only 10 minutes by train to Potsdam and 45 minutes to Berlin, so the connections are good. Unfortunately, the site is almost exclusively populated by permanent campers, some of whom are very unfriendly towards day visitors, otherwise it's a beautiful site.
