"Never again - Came to the place too early, were snapped at what we want here! Later we came back and were unfriendly again. I was completely shocked at how dilapidated the sanitary facilities were, unkempt and loveless. My husband wanted to help a camper, hissed at the senior, go away I'll do it. Came today to another campsite also too early said one at the reception please come only no problem at all. So never again

"beautiful transit area - Electricity and water (cold) are included in the price. Hot water for showering costs 50 cents. We will be back for a stopover and say the price/performance ratio is good.

"Simple - Campground with few amenities. Doable for 1 night as a transit campground, but not for longer than 1 night. Located near a lake and a caffe where you can eat. Food there is moderate. Located directly next to the highway so much noise pollution.

"Only recommended for a stopover - Seems to be a family run place. The older lady (probably the mother) was very rude. We had booked a parking space for an overnight stay at the beginning of the year for the summer. For various personal reasons, we arrived relatively early in the morning (7am) instead of in the afternoon (3pm). We then set up on the meadow without connecting to the electricity etc. So as not to incur any additional costs. Around noon the mother and daughter came, I think, and asked us why we were already on the pitch. We tried to explain calmly and objectively. However, we hardly had a chance as we were literally shouted down and hardly allowed to speak. The older lady was really extremely unfriendly. We were treated like criminals. After the two of them had finally exhausted themselves enough, they agreed that we should pay extra for the extra 8 hours, which was fine with us. However, we found it outrageous that they then demanded double the price, as we were only there 8 hours earlier and not for a whole day. We had already paid €33 for one overnight stay at the beginning of the year and then had to pay this amount again, even though we were not connected to the electricity and didn't use any water during the 8 hours. During the afternoon, the situation eased a little and the daughter became friendlier to us again. The site is really only recommended as a stopover. The sanitary facilities are very basic and far too small for the number of campers. It smelled strongly of urine when you entered the men's area. The electricity connections were far away depending on where you were standing, so you had to have a long cable with you. The cables of the various campers were criss-crossed over the meadow and paths. A major tripping hazard.

"Ok for the transit - A nice, small site that is ok for passing through. There is a lake, but no meadow or opportunities for swimming. The sanitary facilities are rather basic.

Der idyllisch gelegene Campingplatz liegt direkt am Seehamer See. Das Areal ist ein beschauliches Fleckchen Erde mit viel natürlichem Charme. Durchreisende mit Wohnwagen (Caravan) oder Wohnmobil (Camper) finden auf der großen Wiese den idealen Platz zum Zwischenstopp. Auf der kleinen …Wiese schlagen Zelte und Klappwagen ihre Quartiere auf. Auf den großzügigen Stellplätzen fühlen sich unsere Gäste sichtlich wohl und viele unserer Camper besuchen uns immer wieder!

Wenn Sie mit kleinerem Gespann anreisen und von Süden kommen, können Sie auch die Autobahnausfahrt (Rastplatz) 'Seehamer-See' nehmen.
