"Good place, but with drawbacks in the guest service on the phone - We wanted to change the large pitch for a smaller one by phone shortly after the booking confirmation, as we didn't need so much space and wanted to save the €3 for each overnight stay. According to the booking portal, there were still small pitches available. We were told on the phone that we had already booked the small pitch category and that there was no cheaper pitch for us. When we arrived at the campsite, we discussed this again. We were only told that booking confirmed is confirmed. If you can't change your booking because the pitch is full, that's fine. But that wasn't the case. It's more about the principle than the money. We were annoyed. Especially as we found the communication in this matter to be very brusque. "Eat or die". We earned a few more euros, but lost guests who would have liked to come back soon.

"Beautiful location, uncomplicated, friendly - The campsite is ideal for visitors to Koblenz and the surrounding area. In summer, guests can use a huge sunbathing area on the banks of the Moselle. The staff are Rhineland (or Moselle) friendly and always in a good mood. Very suitable for adults. Not really suitable for families with children, for a few days, but it is not an adventure campsite for children.

"Last destination of the Moselle tour - We used the campsite as the last destination on our Moselle round trip. Registration was straightforward and you pay on departure! The pitches for camper vans are gravelled and almost level, wedges are sometimes necessary. There is water and electricity. A long power cable (20 m) may be necessary and a passable supply and disposal system. As other guests have already written, I find the shower cubicles cramped. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet here. Unfortunately, we can't say anything about the restaurant. We weren't there, but will definitely be back. And then definitely not just for one night...

"A very nice campsite - A very cozy campsite, right on the Moselle. From the campsite you can quickly get to Koblenz or Winngen, where you can enjoy a glass of wine. The whole area is very clean and the permanent campers are also very nice. The campsite is highly recommended. We will definitely be going back in August.

"Beautiful campsite on the Moselle - This was our fourth time at the Gülser Moselbogen campsite (with caravan and awning). The site is still beautifully situated on the Moselle and close to the city of Koblenz with a wide range of leisure activities. Unfortunately, the campsite has not developed any further. By this I mean the website, the additional costs (WLAN and showers) and the maintenance of the tourist pitches. There are still no pitches with water and waste water. The only sanitary building is now getting on in years. However, the cleanliness is still very good. Most of the pitches are paved in the middle. However, grass often no longer grows around them and you have to pitch your awning on hard earth. Overall, the pitches look unkempt. The paths branching off from the main access road to the pitches have a firm, fine sandy surface. Every vehicle leaves a cloud of dust behind it in dry weather. Not very pleasant. We could see a trend towards an overnight pitch. Constant arrivals and departures, especially of motorhomes of all kinds. I wouldn't describe the site as quiet due to the railroad nearby and the nearby Winningen airfield. The distance to the nearest train station / bus stop, approx. 2 km, is negative. The Italian restaurant is very good. Daily bread roll service. I would still recommend the Gülser Moselbogen campsite, with reservations.

"Nice place, but - A shower with a water running time of 4 minutes is for the sporty and not for people with long hair. The washrooms with their automatic taps are also not suitable for wet shavers. You have to pay extra for everything, e.g. showers, internet. But you can't get a pitch without electricity and Womo can tank large amounts of water at no cost. At the e-bike rental you are not informed that you can only get the bikes for whole days. The bikes are unsuitable for tall people, from approx. 1.88 m, as the seat post cannot be adjusted that far. Price matches the condition of the bikes, could be better in my opinion. The restaurant offers inexpensive and delicious Italian food. Highly recommended. You should always take the better pitches. When we were there, the tourist pitch was just wet ground with no grass. We could have had a nice mud fight there. After consulting the reception, I got a paved pitch. The reception doesn't actually know anything about the condition of the pitches. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, but couldn't do anything to change things. They should inform the people who want to rent an e-bike better and not just put down a tent with terms and conditions. We will probably not visit the campsite again.

Gleichzeitig ist der Campingplatz ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige …Freizeitaktivitäten und erlebnisreiche Tagesausflüge an Rhein und Mosel, Hunsrück oder Eifel. Ganz egal ob Wandern, Radfahren, Weintouren oder Burgbesichtigungen, die Umgebung hat Urlaubern viel zu bieten. Die Entfernung vom Campingplatz zum Stadtzentrum von Koblenz beträgt nur zirka 5 Kilometer, mit dem Fahrrad zum Deutschen Eck, direkt an der Mosel entlang, sind es knappe 7 Kilometer. Wasserfreunde lädt die Mosel zum Schwimmen, Planschen und Badespaß ein. Der Campingplatz verfügt über eine große Liegewiese mit eigener Badebucht. Die Wasserqualität der Mosel wird regelmäßig staatlich überprüft – und wurde in den letzten Jahren stets mit sehr gut bewertet. Im Sommer herrschen hier ideale Bedingungen für Wassersport aller Art – von Angeln über Wasserski bis hin zu Kanu oder Boot fahren.
