"Idyllic location, but sanitary... - Beautiful site, located directly on an archipelago off Oskarshamn, surrounded by water. The site is very winding, with pitches in the sun, under trees and also right by the sea.

"Small, beautiful, wonderfully situated in the archipelago. - A small, cozy campsite located on a peninsula in the Baltic Sea archipelago. The pitches are varied, meadow, under trees, in the rocks or small bays. There is a restaurant, store, very nice minigolf course directly in the archipelago, bicycle rental, boat rental. A very nice playground right by the sea, jumping cushions for kids, bathing bays, diving tower. The sanitary building is centrally located and modern. There is a small TV room next to the scullery. Wifi only via extra payment.

"Beautiful facility - The campsite is beautifully laid out and, despite its size, you can find quiet pitches in the Oskarshamn archipelago. There are several bathing facilities and a 10 m diving platform. There is a restaurant, mini golf and a kiosk with sandwiches. There were several bouncy castles for an extra charge (day or hourly ticket).

"First Camp Gunnarsö on the Baltic Sea near Oskarshamn - Definitely one of the best pitches on our tour of Sweden in 2017! Nice staff, even changing pitches was no problem. There are marked pitches, but you are quite open and free under trees or directly on the archipelago. Everything you need and more is available. Adventure minigolf, pedal boats, swimming facilities with diving platform, outdoor chess, a kiosk, a great restaurant with very good pizza and absolutely moderate prices for Sweden and much more! The sanitary building is centrally located and very well equipped. There are even toilet cubicles with their own washbasin and mirror. Right next to it is the scullery with cooking facilities etc.! Showers cost an extra 5 crowns for 4 minutes and are booked on the card you get at check-in. W-LAN is available for a fee with good coverage and speed.

"Pleasantly surprised - On our tour of Sweden we spontaneously wanted to spend a night (without a reservation). Of course, there was nothing available. Nevertheless, we were able to spend the night at the Quickstop site. As we liked the whole site so much and the staff were extremely keen to find a solution for us, we ended up staying for four days. The site was definitely one of the best on our tour.

"Experience with TentTrailer - The only reason for us to stay here is the proximity to the ferry to Gotland. Reception not very friendly and helpful. Allocated pitch very hard, almost no pegs in the ground. But only a few steps away from the archipelago and no pine trees overhead from which the cones fall from a great height. The sanitary facilities work with a kind of code card that is read out when you check out and the showers are then recalculated. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the best place for you.

Astrid Lindgrens …World – (theatre and theme park) and Glasriket (kingdom of crystal) can be reached by car from the site. Ferries also depart from the harbour to Öland, Gotland and The Blue Mermaid (ca 2,5 km from Gunnarsö). Welcome!
