"Great place by the lake - We were here for the first time in 2023 and immediately felt at home. If you're looking for pubs, Halli Galli.... you're in the wrong place here. But there's plenty of peace and quiet and a vacation feeling.

"far too expensive... - We only saw the site from the water as we paddled past, and it looked good, so we thought we could come here for a weekend. After information the disillusionment: 40 -50€ for a place (2 Pers) is much too expensive.other places at comparable lakes / locations in the region cost hardly more than half. Too bad, the philosophy of the operators is probably primarily to attract the clientele of the willing to pay noble "campers". We'd rather go somewhere else.

"Good for a weekend trip - Beautifully situated, relatively new campsite directly on Lake Hain. Pitches are just big enough to accommodate a caravan with awning plus car. The sanitary facilities are basic, but were always clean. Depending on the pitch, a long power cable is necessary, water is only available at the sanitary building from the sink. Quiet location, provided you don't have the misfortune of having partying families on site. A good night's sleep is then unfortunately a foreign word. A car or bicycle is definitely necessary for errands in the next town.

"Small, beautiful location - Getting there was a bit difficult as none of our satnavs knew the roads, only Google Maps saved us. The first impression from the barred container reception did not bode well. However, the staff were very friendly. The driveway to the upper terrace is quite steep and so narrow that you can hardly manage to stay on the asphalt with a large towing vehicle and caravan. Unfortunately there is a step down next to it, so we had to sit on it with the mover. Our pitch was ok in terms of size, which I can't say about all pitches. The number of sanitary facilities was sufficient, although the pitch was hardly occupied. I found the furnishings and layout no longer up to date for a fairly new pitch. The cleanliness was not so good, stains and dirt on the shower cubicles could be seen for several days. In the morning the doors and tiles in the anteroom were black with insects. Bread roll service was no longer available in October. The washbasins are nice and big, but installed far too low, so washing up without back pain is not an option. There are no draining boards for the dishes. Actually a nice place, but in many places not quite thought through.

"Always a nice short vacation - It is a beautiful campsite, not overcrowded, very clean and friendly review. You can relax, cycle around the lake. Ride the boat etc. We always like to come back. LG Family Kollmer

Der Campingplatz wurde 2015 neu eröffnet und ist terrassenartig am Südhang des Hainer Sees angelegt und in die vorherrschende Landschaft aus Eichen- und Lärchenwäldern integriert. Durch die einmalige Lage liegt einem der See regelrecht zu Füßen und der Blick reicht …bis zur Lagune Kahnsdorf mit den bunt gesäumten Bootshäusern.
