All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We traveled with a tent and we had a nice quiet big place. The site and the sanitary facilities are kept clean. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful. You can get everything you need in the small supermarket.

The site is mainly occupied by permanent campers, who of course pay a lot of attention to the tourists and sometimes scold you if you don't keep to the speed limit in the terrain, so please pay attention otherwise there will be trouble 😉. The small mini market is unfortunately only open until 5.00 pm. However, a restaurant nearby is only open from Wednesday to Sunday, otherwise there is nothing else on the campsite as an alternative.

For example, on our last visit, around three weeks ago, we liked the fact that we were able to arrive spontaneously. The groundsman welcomed us in a friendly and patient manner well after the usual arrival time. The pitches themselves have enough space, even for larger caravans. The completely renovated sanitary blocks are well equipped and are kept very clean according to a fixed cleaning schedule. There is an Edeka supermarket in the idyllic wooded area in front of the site. From fresh bread rolls to just about everything you need for camping. Driving in and out of the site is easy with license plate recognition. The beach, which is free of visitor's tax and has white sand, is simply fantastic.

A few taps distributed around the pitch would be a dream. But that's criticism at a high level. A walk with the water canister to the nearest wash house is simply a workout.

The staff are very friendly and the cleaning staff in the sanitary area are particularly friendly :-) It's great that there is a public fridge-freezer at the washing-up area. I found this particularly practical, as I only have to manage with one cool box in the van. And so there was always plenty of white wine to cool :-) The beach is a 3-minute walk away.

I don't know if you can mention the barrier times as a disadvantage. Sometimes it's just stupid.... But if you know, you just have to look at the clock. The same applies to the opening times of the market in front of the square. But after a few days you get the hang of it and you get everything.

Everything was perfect for me on the course. The cycle paths still have a lot of room for improvement.

We asked at short notice before Whitsun and the nice staff were able to give us a nice place in front of the dike. It is a centrally located pitch in front of the dyke and you are quickly on the beautiful sandy beach. The pitch itself is nice and tidy and the wash houses are also in order and were clean. You don't need shower tokens which I personally like, the staff were super nice and helpful and the small supermarket in front of the campsite was well stocked. We will definitely be back.

The garbage times were unusual, we have never had that on a campsite before and we have been camping for 30 years.

It's a shame that there are no more restaurants on the campsite, because not only were the burgers from Don Felipe legendary, but the place also offered the opportunity to eat and drink something in the evening in the immediate vicinity in a convivial atmosphere.

Very quiet, very clean and well maintained. Beautiful beach in the immediate vicinity. Also ideal for bike tours. Simply unbeatable to relax and unwind.

The decentralized waste collection points were probably merged for cost reasons. Now the long distances and the more than impractical containers are a nuisance. They cannot be opened by children or weak people.
