"Quiet place in the northern Black Forest - We were there for three nights with our caravan and mobile home. We were able to check in at 3 p.m. sharp and were shown to our pitch. The pitches are not subdivided so that you can stand individually. There are few pitches in the shade, which is an advantage in the early and late season. If it rains, it gets very damp on the lower meadow. The power distribution is not ideal. In some places you should have a large cable drum with you. The sanitary facilities were clean and modern. The pitch was also not very busy. Wifi only worked at reception. You can start hiking immediately from the campsite. There are plenty of options. Baden-Baden can be reached quickly by car. Anyone looking for peace and quiet will definitely find it here.

"Great place in the middle of nature - We spent 4 days on the site and had a lot of fun and came home super relaxed. Great place in the middle of the Black Forest, top clean sanitary facilities, super friendly boss + boss; super friendly permanent campers, we will definitely come back.

"Beautiful up in the Black Forest - We called at short notice in the evening and asked for a place. The owners were very cooperative and helpful so that we could arrive late on our own and still be looked after. They also helped us when we left.

"Wonderful place in the northern Black Forest - We really liked this campsite (we stayed in a camper van). The site is beautifully situated near the Black Forest High Road in the small village of Herrenwies, close to the cross-country skiing center and the Mehliskopf ski center. The Schwarzenbachtalsperre, where water sports are possible, is also close by and there are many hiking possibilities and especially mountain bikers will find a paradise. It is about 12 km to Forbach, where you can take the train to Freudenstadt and cycle the wonderful Tour de Murg. This is also no problem for "normal cyclists", as the route is almost always downhill through beautiful countryside. The campsite owners are extremely friendly and very helpful. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and very clean, there is even a washing machine and dryer. There is also a sociable lounge with internet available for guests. You can get fresh bread rolls in the morning and fresh fruit and vegetables on Thursdays. Some shopping facilities in the kiosk. There are many permanent campers on the site. Baden-Baden (culture!!!) is only 23 km away. Absolutely recommendable, we would love to come back.

In unserer Rezeption haben wir einen kleinen Shop, in dem wir Getränke und alle Dinge, die man zum Camping so braucht verkaufen. Dank unserem Brötchenservice (auf Bestellung) haben Sie Morgens auch frische Brötchen von der Bäckerei Lamprecht (Bühlertal), auf dem …Tisch. In den Monaten Mai - August,kommt auch der Obst und Gemüse Händler, jeweils Donnerstags ca. 10.30 Uhr und der Frischdienst , mit Fleisch, Eier, Nudeln, Käse,schwäbische Spezialitäten und und......, jeweils Freitags ca. 18.30 Uhr auf den Platz. Wir haben einen Aufenhaltsraum mit freiem Internet, einen Kinderspielplatz, es bietet sich die Möglichkeit zu Tennis und Tischtennis , es gibt Warmduschen, Geschirrspülbecken im aussen und innen Bereich, wie auch Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Our place is …located in the beautiful national park, at 780m above sea level. Its quiet and convenient location is just one reason to stay here. We also offer bread service and our kiosk offers the most necessary. With us you can enjoy your nature holiday in the caravan. We offer caravans for rent.
