"Had a great weekend - We stopped here for the Palatinate Forest Dogtrekking, a great place that invites you to go hiking. The sanitary facilities are a bit old but always clean. Water and electricity are included on the pitch. We felt very comfortable

"Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours - The reception is friendly, Wi-Fi on site, the sanitary facilities are a bit older but clean. The toilets are cramped and the number could be increased. Otherwise: great location and a nice starting point for hikes and e-bike tours.

"Good starting point for Wachenheim and the region - We have been going to the campsite here for years, the sanitary facilities in the upper area are older but have always been clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Note lunch times 13.00-15.00. Internet connection actually only via the campsite, unfortunately the connection was damaged by construction work, so we were offline for 5 days during this stay.

"Ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - We were on the pitch in summer 2023. Staff very competent. Reception and briefing very courteous, sanitary facilities always in clean condition. Ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes in the surrounding area, especially in the vineyards.

"Getting on in years - Unfortunately, the Corona period was not used to modernize the CP. Many campers have complained about the sanitary building. Unfortunately, you only get one key to use the sanitary facilities and the kitchen. Not exactly convenient. There is no bread roll service. 30 € for the night is far too high for these facilities. Good location for hikes, start directly at the CP.
