"Child-friendly, quiet campground with free-roaming animals - For the first time in our long "camping career," we stayed longer than a week at one campground. In fact, we stayed the entire vacation. The campground is spacious, which is very peaceful. The children can play to their hearts content in the grass, with the (during the day) free-roaming goats, chickens, dog and cats. Every week there is a casual cozy campfire over which the children can bake bread. They also get to ride the tractor every week. The baguette is delivered to your tent in the morning, in the evening you can join the owners for dinner ('table d'hote'). In the vicinity there is much to see and do (a clean, well-kept mountain lake for swimming, a climbing course, the Puy-de-Dome). In short, a wonderful combination of tranquility, beautiful surroundings, clean sanitary facilities and entertainment for the children.

Profile

Kleine rustieke camping in de Auvergne, waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van de rust, ruimte en een ongerepte natuur. De camping is gelegen in het Reg. Natuurpark Livradois-Forez bij het dorpje Le Brugeron.We lenen gratis wandelroutes uit, waarvan er enkelen …vanaf de camping starten of in de directe omgeving. Er lopen kindvriendelijke dieren op de camping zoals geiten, kippen, konijnen, hond en poezen. Het is ook mogelijk om bij ons een compleet ingerichte tent voor 4 personen te huren die van alle gemakken is voorzien. De bedden zijn opgemaakt bij aankomst en u dient alleen uw eigen handdoeken en spullen mee te brengen. De tent is voorzien van een keukentje met alle huishoudelijke spullen, water, afvalbak, afdrooghanddoeken, afwasspullen. In de omgeving is voor jong en oud van alles te beleven. Op 20 min. afstand bevindt zich een groot meer waar u kunt zwemmen, klimparcours, col du beal op 1398 mtr, brocantes/vide-greniers en regionale markten in de omgeving etc. We geven u graag meer informatie over de omgeving. Wij verzorgen table d'hotes op reservering, broodservice in het hoogseizoen, bar voor drankjes en ijsje , terras en ontmoetingsruimte.

Komt u vanaf Clermont-Ferrand: ​ Bij Thiers neemt u de afslag: Thiers-Centre, Courpiere / Ambert (afslag 2) en vervolgt u de D906. Dan komt u in Olliergues aan en dan dient men goed op te letten. U rijdt rustig door …tot bijna in het centrum en bij het 50-km bord staat Le Brugeron aangegeven. Na ong. 100 mtr gaat u linksaf en vervolgt men de D37. U blijft Le Brugeron volgen en dit is ong. 15 kilometer. Uiteindelijk kom je in le Brugeron aan op een soort kruispunt. Hier ziet u een bord met een dakje erop > Camping La Cube en een pijl rechtsaf.​ U rijdt tegen Hotel-Restaurant Les Genets aan en net daarvoor dient u rechtsaf te gaan en vervolgt men de D66 richting Vertolaye en St.Pierre La B. Het is nog 2 km vanaf dat hotel-restaurant. Na ong. 2 km ziet u de borden staan met “Camping” en na 100 meter krijgt u een scherpe bocht naar links en in die scherpe bocht gaat u linksaf richting: La Cube / Les Farges. Daar ziet u aan de linkerzijde het bordje La Cube en dan kunt u de camping oprijden. ​ Komt u vanaf Lyon: Kunt u afslag Noiretable nemen, La Chamba/La Chambonie volgen, Le Brugeron en daarna linksaf D66 richting Vertolaye, St. Pierre La B en vervolgt u deze weg ong. 2 km. Daar ziet u diverse borden staan met “camping” en neemt u een scherpte bocht naar links richting: La Cube/Les Farges. Daar ziet u een onverharde weg aan uw linkerhand en rijdt u de camping op. ​
