"Ideal place for the Sauts du Doubs - Well located campsite in the Jura heights. The sanitary facilities are functional and clean. The nearby road cannot be heard from the tourist pitches. The roads are narrow in places, but the size of the vehicle is taken into account when allocating pitches, so there are no problems. There is no store within the campsite, but you can use the neighboring petrol station.

"Winter camping - Camping les Brenets is a smaller site with mostly permanent pitches. The groundsman is very obliging and helpful, but only speaks French. The free pitches are spread over three terraces. The sanitary facilities are located in the middle of the campsite. There are 3 to 4 showers, toilets, washing-up facilities etc. This is sufficient for the free pitches. There is a supply and disposal station at the entrance. There is another chemical toilet disposal facility next to the sanitary building. Unfortunately, everything is out of order in winter (emptying is possible, however). No outside tap can be used. In my opinion, this is insufficient for a campsite that is open all year round. There is therefore a point deduction in the rating.

"Ideal location to explore the Neuchâtel Jura - The campsite has a very good restaurant with nice service. The campsite management is very polite and helpful. The sanitary facilities are always clean. The pitches for campers/caravans are rather tight. Wedges are absolutely necessary for leveling the vehicle. COVID measures are strictly adhered to.

"Great campsite - Camping lac des Brenets is a highly recommended campsite, has all the necessary facilities, and enjoys a tranquility and wonderful views. In its surroundings, we could find many activities and options to spend a good weekend. I highly recommend a stay at this campsite.

The campground is situated in a quiet, natural setting with a magnificent …view of the lake and the sinuous course of the Doubs. The "Lac des Brenets" terraced campground offers a total of 140 sites for short-term visitors (tents, caravans or motor homes), caravans, mobile homes and mobile chalets. Our short-term sites are available from 1 April – 31 October; with notice in advance during winter as well. Our sites for caravans, mobile homes and mobile chalets are available throughout the entire year.
