"Ideal zur Besichtigung der Verdonschlucht - Wir waren begeistert. Tolle Lage nur wenige Meter vom Zentrum entfernt mit mehreren Bäckern und Restaurants. Trotzdem ist es in der Nacht leise. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch Englisch. Die Sanitäranlagen sind (hinten) neu und sauber. Super essen gehen kann man im Restaurant les Alpes! Man sollte allerdings Zeit mitbringen.

"Nur 100m vom Zentrum der Stadt Castellane, aber trotzdem ruhig! - Dieser nette kleine Platz mit geschätzten 50 Stellplätzen liegt etwa 730m über dem Meeresspiegel. Wir wurden freundlich auf französisch und englisch empfangen. Die Parzellen sind insbesondere für einen stadtnahen Campingplatz großzügig bemessen und frei wählbar. Die Stellflächen haben ebenen festen Rasenboden, der auch einen Regen wegsteckt. Wlan ist kostenlos auf dem gesamten Platz verfügbar. Das vermutlich erst kürzlich renovierte Waschhaus ist unisex, ohne Klobrillen aber mit Papier. Anfang Mai gab es noch keinen "Brötchenservice", aber nur 200m Richtung Zentrum befindet sich ein Bäcker. Mittwoch ist Markttag im Ort. Anfang Mai haben wir für ein Wohnmobil mit 2 Pers. und Stromanschluss günstige 15,90 bezahlt. Unsere Hunde kosteten nichts extra. Eine Homepage gibt es auch: http://www.camping-frederic-mistral.fr

" - Fin lille familieplads med god skygge. Nabo til parkeringsplads i Castellane, der bedst nås ved at gå. De sanitære forhold er enkle men fungere tilfredsstillende. De deles mellem kønnene og er samtidig opvaskeområde. Billig i forhold til mange andre pladser i området, og absolut en rigtig god plads hvis man kan undvære pool, minigolf, restaurant og lignende.
