"Woman - We only wanted to stay one night on our onward journey. We ended up staying three because we liked it so much. Unfortunately, the weather isn't playing ball at the moment. But it is what it is.

"Very, very nice place - Second time here for 2 weeks after 8 years. Still a very nice, quiet site with a great pool area. Large, parceled-out pitches. Herb garden for self-service. Lots of cultural highlights within a 20 km radius. Nice organic store 6 km away. I think the quality of the restaurant has declined. Very good value for money in the low season. We will be back a third time.

"Great place with return guarantee! - A beautifully situated campsite on the banks of the Vézère in the middle of the Dordogne. The route from the highway leads along some narrow roads and the access road within the campsite is also quite narrow, which could be problematic for larger caravans. If in doubt, you have to leave the main road and push/move the rest. The campsite is beautifully laid out and perfectly maintained. There are lots of beautiful and different plants and even a herb and fruit garden for the campers. The diversity of insects and birds is correspondingly high. The sanitary facilities are modern and in good condition, but there are decidedly too few toilets, which leads to waiting times and the cleanliness could also be improved. The pool area is nice to look at and is enough to refresh yourself on hot days. There are numerous excursion destinations in the vicinity of the campsite, but no major towns. Despite the location by the river, there were hardly any problems with mosquitoes or other blood-sucking insects in July 2018.

"The most beautiful place! - This really is paradise! We visited the site at the end of August. We are a 50+ couple with a dog and stayed in a van in the far corner by the river. A fantastic pitch. The canoe tours on offer are wonderful, and we explored the surrounding area with the e-mobile that can be hired at the campsite. The food on the site is very good, and if you want less hustle and bustle, there are plenty of very good restaurants in the surrounding area. Of course, the Lasceaux cave is not to be missed. The grounds of the campsite are great, the sanitary building is always clean and in good condition. The swimming pool was very full, no wonder - vacations, if you really want to swim, you should go very early in the morning or hope for bad weather...

"Wonderful place - Wonderful place in the valley of the Vezere, beautifully laid out large plots, water and electricity nearby, very nice, well-kept pool area, friendly staff, pretty little market place for eating and drinking (happy hour ...), electric car for rent, fast WLAN for a fee (approx. 15.- Euro / week), highly recommended for a week of relaxation

Close to Sarlat, our campsite is located on the banks of the River Vézère in the heart of a tranquil, unspoilt valley that embodies a relaxed way of life. We provide an outdoor and indoor pool area with a free-access …spa, accommodation and services worthy of a five-star rating... with the added bonus of conviviality! All our facilities are available from 1st April until 20th October. Guided by our commitment to sustainable tourism, we are pleased to share our love for outdoor activities with you- be it on foot or by bike. We provide a variety of activities to cater to all preferences: bike and canoe rental with an adjacent jetty, enjoyable sports activities, and lively evenings in the bar-restaurant.
