"Large space with sanitary deficiencies - Beautifully situated pitch with direct access to the beach. Quite noisy in high season. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are often dirty as they are not cleaned properly.

"Best location by the sea - The location of the campsite is brilliant: there are 4 direct accesses from the campsite directly to the beach! Otherwise, the campsite, which is owned by the municipality, offers a lot of average and sometimes even below-average facilities. The site is huge. The condition of the sanitary facilities is very rustic.

"Nice location, staff partly unfriendly and disinterested - I was led away by a security guard like a felon because it was assumed that we had not checked in at this place, which was clarified, no apology nothing. When we checked out we spoke to them about it, no interest! Even in the newest sanitary facilities you stand in the water after 90 seconds of showering, garbage left behind on the pitches is not cleared away - here a Wowa window frame 140x60cm, lay on the pitch for at least three weeks (I cleared it away) Will say, no bag 😉 Quite loud in the evening

"Great place in a great location - However, we can only recommend the site to a limited extent, as it is full to bursting in the high season. The place is also totally overcrowded as there are many campsites on site. We really liked the proximity to the beach. However, we found some of the reception staff to be unhelpful and even stroppy. There are hardly any Germans here.

"Camping Le Rousillonais... - ...is the camping municipal of Argèles. It's a campsite that we wouldn't go to in the high season, but it's good in the early and late season. Two people, pitch incl. 6 amp electricity, free WiFi and tourist tax for 13.92 euros is good value. Pros: Price; polite staff; own beach access; comprehensive and well-functioning WiFi; practically everything was empty in the rearmost part of the site and you had free choice of pitch. Disadvantages: the garbage corner was catastrophic (if you have the option to separate garbage, you should use it. Lots of waste next to the containers, bulky waste, stench); the wind can blow quite strongly and for a long time in the parts of the site close to the beach; good if the sanitary facilities are cleaned daily - but there is a risk of slipping after a powerful steam jet. Caution: the access to the pitch is through a depression that can be flooded. Do not attempt to cross it with your camping vehicle under any circumstances (we saw two motorhomes with water running out of them after crossing). We turned our caravan around in front of it and drove around the outside of the bridge through an emergency entrance to the campsite. However, there was no corresponding warning or signage.

"Only the direct beach location is good for the price - The direct location on the beach is great considering the prices. However, this also has many disadvantages and attracts a special crowd, particularly in the high season: especially groups of young people who party all night. In addition, the service is not exactly great, as it is a municipal place and the identification of the staff is therefore low (no goodwill is shown here!).
