"Beautiful place under oak trees by the river - Everything was great from reception to check-out. I was there in the low season for hiking. Everything was easy to reach. The bread roll service (baquette service here of course) works perfectly. They were even brought to the tent, which is of course not possible in high season. The sanitary facilities were always clean. There is nothing to complain about.

" - 25-8-2012 Plenty of shade from trees. In high season PRESSURE (Dutch camping). In preseason HEERLIJK and always a place. By order of the authorities until mid-June half of the campsite closed due to possible flood danger. Free internet (sometimes faltered) €0,50 for a tub of hot dishwater. Then make the daily rate €0.50 higher, right? No facilities for campers. Empty water and toilet cassettes in squat toilets, ( water hose available for clean spray). Sinks: cold water. At 11 p.m.: light in toilet block off. Playing equipment for small children is hardly there, but the shallow river along the campsite is the end for the little ones. It is usually very hot there. There is some shade on the banks of the little river, but in high season these spots are quickly occupied. In pre-season this is not a problem. The restaurant courtyard is very cozy. No lighting and paved paths. The owner's wife speaks Dutch.

" - If you like nature, peace and quiet, this is an ideal place to stay, right next to the river where everyone can move around as it is not very deep. There is a bathing lake attached to the river. The toilets and showers are not very modern but they are cleaned well. Incredibly friendly and service-minded staff. English is spoken. The biggest disadvantage is that you have to walk 5 km. to get to shopping and approx. 10 to the supermarket. You can buy breakfast bread on site.
