"Tent campers unwanted - After waiting 2.30 hours during the lunch break, we were told that there was no room for tents. Apparently a thunderstorm was expected in the evening. We are 73 years old and experienced tent campers. We were then offered 2 more pitches, but these were the worst pitches the campsite had to offer. There were still 20 pitches available on the campsite. The caravans coming after us all found a place without comment.

"Very nice place a bit out of the way - We were on this site in mid-June and it was already very well attended, we were still able to book a place, in the season I think you have to reserve places for larger vehicles. For spontaneous visits the maximum length is 8m. The campsite has its own pool which can only be visited by men in tight swimming trunks. sanitary facilities are clean and there is also nice warm water for showering and washing up. a bus stops in front of the campsite, but on foot you are almost faster and the footpath runs through a residential area and you are in Nyons in just under 20 minutes. The market on Thursday is great

"nice quiet campsite directly on the river - It only really gets going here in July, when we left on July 1st we could still enjoy the peace and quiet here, the pool is very well maintained and clean, but doesn't offer the usual attractions for children such as the big slide etc.. Directly on the river where you can also swim, but it's more of a dip, depending on the water level of course. The site has stony ground, you need very sturdy pegs and you can also borrow a hammer from reception.

"Beautifully situated - Beautifully situated site just outside Nyons on the river. Situated in a basin, which is why the sun comes over the mountain quite late in the morning in spring. Sanitary facilities basic but clean. Wifi for a fee and not very fast. Large pitches with water connection.

"Beautiful campsite - The campsite by a small river is overgrown with trees and also offers shady pitches. The charming little town of Nyons is about 1 km away. The people at the reception are very friendly. There is also a large, beautiful pool. The sanitary facilities are clean and adequate. From Nyons you can go on beautiful walks with great views, e.g. the olive nature trail. Information is available at the Office de Tourisme.
