"Rest and relaxation - We were there at the end of May and felt very comfortable. José took over the management of the CP in 2018, invested a lot of work and brought the site, which had been closed for several years, back into shape. He was always helpful and gave us a very friendly welcome. The restaurant serves a good evening meal. There were only a few guests apart from us. You have a beautiful view of the valley and the Ibores mountains. The town and the Guadalupe monastery are not far away. Castanar de Ibor has a few bars and only 2 small LM stores. In the early and late season you can go hiking.

El Camping Los Ibores (Cáceres), situado en Castañar de Ibor, reabre sus puertas con nueva direccion. Tras varios años Cerrado, el Camping se abre bajo la misma dirección que Camping Monfragüe, un nuevo proyecto que dotará a la comarca de …los Ibores y al Norte de EXTREMADURA de otro camping más de primera categoría, una gran opción para los que buscan un entorno natural. Ofrecemos parcelas para caravanas, autocaravanas y tiendas de campaña, además de bungalows de construcción, muy bien equipados para pasar unas inolvidables vacaciones en plena naturaleza. Camping Los Ibores cuenta con instalaciones de primer nivel, donde ofrecemos variedad de servicios para que nuestros clientes se sientan como en casa. Cuenta co una piscina con un ambiente tranquilo y relajado, con un agua de excelente categoria. - EQUIPADA CON DOS VASOS, UNO DE ADULTO 25 X 12 M Y OTRO INFANTIL 12 X 6 M - KIOSKO PARA LA VENTA DE ENTRADAS CON BEBIDAS, HELADOS Y CHUCHERIAS DIVERSAS. - VESTUARIOS Y BOTIQUIN - ABUNDANTE SOMBRA DE ENCINAS Y SAUCES - CESPED NATURAL - ENTRADA LIBRE PARA CAMPISTAS. - ZONA WIFI (GRATIS) También cuenta con una amplia zona de acampada acondicionada y distribuida de tal forma que resulte lo mas comoda posible para cualquiera de nuestros clientes. Ubicada en plena dehesa Extremeña con grandes encinas que aportan la sombra necesaria. Para las parcelas mas despobladas de arboleda tenemos montadas sombras artificiales de madera, con la suficiente altura para grandes Caravanas y Autocaravanas. Todos nuestros Bungalows para 2-4 personas son de construcción, tipo apartamentos, con una superficie de unos 30 mts cuadrados. Estan distribuidos en línea, cada uno con su porche individual. Equipados con toda la ropa de cama, menaje de cocina, televisión, microondas, nevera, aire acondicionado y están distribuidos de la siguiente manera: - Habitación doble con 2 camas separadas. - Baño completo con bañera. - Salón cocina con sofá cama para las otras 2 plazas. - Totalmente reformados por la nueva dirección del Camping.
