"Beautifully situated campsite with an indoor and outdoor heated pool. - Very friendly reception. Reservation only possible for October. You have to pay for the pitch in advance. Otherwise you get a plan with free pitches to choose from on arrival. Three price groups, graded according to size and length of stay. 10A electricity 4Kw/day free, then 0.70€/Kw. No giant mobile homes that take the sun away from others. Warm saltwater pools, one outside, one inside! Great, quiet location with sea view! Pitches separated by hedges with water, electricity and service water disposal. Waste garbage cans and toilet disposal on many levels. Good washing machines and dryers.

"Never again Los Madriles - Never again CP Los Madriles. It is outrageous how these 3 "bosses" treat the customers. The senior boss (affectionately called "poison dwarf" by the regular guests) should be required to take a behavior course. The answer to questions, hints or complaints is: if you don't like something, you can leave. Is it best to say nothing and put up with everything? We campers are customers and bring him the big money. The junior is not much better than the father, according to the motto: the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Price increases of over 15% per 6 months are commonplace here. Only the ladies at the campsite are polite, nice and courteous. The pool area certainly cannot compensate for the negative experiences with the bosses. The sanitary facilities are also mostly old and should be urgently renovated, and the cleaning is not carried out according to hygiene regulations. Once again: Never again CP Los Madriles

"POOL NOTHING ELSE! - The toilet facilities were the only ones in Spain that did not provide soap or toilet paper. The showers were unkempt and equipped with partly moldy, old wooden floors. The lounge was comparable to a train station storage room. The bistro operator left such a listless impression that we didn't want to bother him with ordering a cup of coffee. And the friendliness of the receptionists fits in with the overall picture mentioned above

"Not to be outdone in terms of unfriendliness - The first contact was unfriendliness! Well, and the last one too! There is nothing more for us to say about this campsite. There are other and friendlier, nicer campsites in Spain, right by the sea and with shops nearby. Thanks to Los Madriles, who treated us as guests like dirt, we realized that there are still really nice campsites in Spain.

" - We stayed at this campsite for 4 weeks in April this year. Very nice grounds (terraced) with a large pool filled with sea water. Friendly staff, very nice surroundings. The facilities on the campsite were adequate. The nearest shop (Lidl) was about 10 km away.

" - The site is located on the road from Mazarron to La Azohia in the small coastal town of Isla Playa. The slope, which lies between gardens and olive groves, is divided into 20 terraces. The pitches are level and covered with fine gravel and separated by hedges. The access roads are asphalted. There are approx. 313 pitches for tourists and approx. 30 for permanent campers, as well as 43 rental accommodations. The sanitary facilities are clean and individual washing cubicles are available. Each pitch has electricity, water and waste water connections. The store offers everything you need for your daily needs. The staff at reception are very friendly and speak English, French, Dutch and German as well as Spanish. The campers are therefore mainly from England, the Netherlands and Germany, so there is a colorful mix. Due to the hillside location, you have a view of the sea from every pitch. There is an inexpensive WIFI connection throughout the site. The relatively bare surrounding mountains are overgrown with bushes and some of them slope steeply down to the sea. There is a lovely pool and an indoor pool on site. The campsite is mostly frequented by middle-aged couples. Special feature: Every night, the water in the huge pool is drained, the pool is cleaned and refilled with a mixture of seawater. The seawater is heated in a huge solar system, then 150 m³ / h flow into the pool. During the day, 120 m³ are exchanged in this way every hour.
