"Impossible to invest anything for years - I haven't seen such a dirty place in Europe for years, I don't understand how you can let a toilet house be so dilapidated and still want money for it

" - Totally in the shade not suitable for wintering. Sanitary facilities not heated only brown water no drinking water. Sanitary facilities are not cleaned every day therefore very unpleasant odor
