"Everything fits here! - We have been here several times and are always impressed by this place in a green suburban environment not far from the A17. Ideal for visitors to Dresden, as there are two bus routes directly in front of it, which take you into the city center in no time at all. Bus tickets are available at reception. The operators are always friendly and helpful, the sanitary facilities are very clean, several types of bread rolls are available every morning, there is a small store with groceries and essentials, a pool and a restaurant.

"Uncomplicated, simple and close to the city - This is our second time here and we will be back! You take the bus to the main station, the bus stop is right on the square, and you can enjoy the whole city from morning to night, wonderful

"Campsite near the city - We arrived at around 2 p.m. and found that reception was only staffed for 2 hours a day. The registration machine wasn't working, so we simply chose a pitch and plugged in the electricity. In the beautiful but not particularly warm wash house, I happened to meet the operator who, when asked, explained that the campsite's own restaurant was currently closed and that there were no restaurants nearby. You would have to drive to Dresden. This was not apparent on the website. The next bad news the next morning: the showers weren't working. This was the case until the next morning. For these reasons, we decided to leave early. There wasn't even an apology.

"great place, good bus connection to the city - Very friendly staff who are happy to help. Clean sanitary facilities and good bus connections to the city. You can get a day ticket on site at reception. Nice restaurant on site with good home-style cooking at fair prices. Bread roll service and shopping kiosk. Supply and disposal for motorhomes.

"Easter 2023 - Nice site, pitches sometimes very uneven. Sanitary facilities clean, water nice and warm for showers. A big thank you to the nice cleaning lady, always friendly. Bus connection directly in front of the site, either to Dresden, or to Pillnitz, where you can take a wonderful stroll in the beautiful castle park.

"For us it was an adventure vacation, even though we wanted to relax - A big disadvantage was the use of electricity, there are only 6 amps available. We constantly had to think about what was being used, if we wanted to make coffee everything else had to be switched off, the same applied to boiling eggs. Only one thing worked at a time, otherwise the fuse blew. That was very annoying, we must have run to the fuse box 100 times in the 1 week. There is also a lack of organization, we had booked until the 24th, on the 20th the barrier did not open in the evening because we were no longer saved in the system. The constant arrivals and departures also took some getting used to. The pitches are freely selectable and also spacious, the disadvantage is that the cars should be on the lane and therefore an exit from the pitch is a challenge. Our neighbor already had a nice scratch on his car. We parked our car on the grass, nobody said anything, but we didn't want to risk someone driving into it, that would have been missing. All in all, it wasn't a relaxing vacation for us, but an adventure vacation to see what might happen next. We won't be coming here again.
