"Unfortunately the expectation was not fulfilled - This place could be a pearl, but unfortunately everything is missing except the proximity to Munich city center.

"Actually a disaster - Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this site. From small plots (where there is just enough space for the caravan and the car, but then there is no more space to sit outside with chairs or to open the door of the caravan safely), to absolutely underground sanitary facilities (where hot water is a matter of luck despite 2,20 per coin is a matter of luck and the time where it is warm is hardly enough and all hooks and toilet lids are broken or dismantled), distances to the power box where a 25m cable drum is not enough, to the hot water for washing up for a fee or the questionable refusal of the sales clerk to pay the deposit for empty bottles ("we don't do that")... Only the good-humored staff at the reception, the acceptable quality of the snack bar and the proximity to Munich can be rated as positive. But that's not enough, it's better to go somewhere else.

"evaluation - First of all, it's annoying that you can't make a reservation, then we arrived and there was a mega long queue at reception, which could be made quicker with reservations. Then the man at reception was very relaxed for the many impatient guests, made a mistake here and there and asked again from the beginning and there is no such thing as a site plan either. Then we were allowed to look for a place ourselves in a meadow where there was virtually no more space, we wanted electricity, he said "yes, I don't think we have anything with electricity", but booked electricity anyway and we could just look for it ourselves... (the website says: we have enough space and that's why you can't make a reservation, it would have been less stressful for us in any case).

"the only advantage is the size and location - I have to say that so far probably the worst camp we have been to in Germany. There are water taps at the campsite, but they are not working - you have to pay for water at the only place in the campsite. Water for dishes for a fee, hand washing for a fee... perhaps only the public transport in front of the reception seems to be an advantage. otherwise the surroundings of the campsite beautiful park, in summer swimming pool...

"Our location is our attraction - the rest is 🙈 😑 - The sanitary facilities are horrible, we had never seen anything like it before. They also put the announcement somewhere where there's electricity and everyone stands all over the place 🤨. If it wasn't so sad, it would be really funny. You have to have been there 😳😔😕🙂🙃 Bavarian charm at reception and cool guidance to the Robbie Williams concert 🎶

Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Selbstbedienungsladen der sowohl Lebensmittel als auch Campingkleinbedarf, Propan- und Camping-Gaz und Souvenirs in seinem Sortiment hat. Für das leibliche Wohl der Gäste …sorgt ein Schnellimbiss mit überdachter Terrasse. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind behindertengerecht ausgestattet und verfügen über Waschräume mit Warmwasserduschen, WCs, einen Waschsalon mit Waschautomaten, Wäschetrockner und Becken für Kleinwäsche und Geschirr. Vor Ort befinden sich zudem ein Aufenthaltsraum und eine Kochgelegenheit. Ein Kinderspielplatz lädt die kleinen Gäste zu ausgelassenen Spielstunden ein. Die naturnahe und doch verkehrsgünstige Lage hält abwechslungsreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten für die ganze Familie bereit. Der berühmte Tierpark Hellabrunn sowie das Freibad "Maria Einsiedel" sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Beliebte Biergärten, eine Kletteranlage als auch das Filmgelände in Geiselgasteig mit den "Bavaria Filmtours" liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auf den zahlreichen Wander-, Jogging- und Fahrradwegen kommen Sport- und Naturliebhaber auf ihre Kosten. Das Münchener Zentrum liegt nur 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt.
