"Very nice campsite - Super site with large pitches for campers and a large meadow for tents. In the months of June, July and August, the kiosk is open on the site. There are German bratwurst, chips, meatballs, ice cream and much more. The municipality of Seltz runs the campsite and the groundskeeper is very friendly and helpful. The campsite is located on a great bathing lake with a large sandy beach and is also supervised by a lifeguard. On the other side of the campsite is the beautiful Rhine with a free ferry to Germany.

"Simple, inexpensive place in a beautiful area - I've been going to the campsite from time to time for many years. I've always loved the car-free tent pitches. The staff also make sure that there aren't too many people on the site. The staff could sometimes be friendlier, but you don't have much to do with them. If you're expecting the full infrastructure of an upmarket campsite, you're in the wrong place. If you simply want to camp in beautiful natural surroundings between the Rhine and the lake at an unbeatable price, this is the place for you. Ideally, you should bring a bike. You can order bread rolls on the site itself and there is a simple kiosk. A few meters from the site there is a larger kiosk on the Rhine and a good tarte flambée restaurant. The Rhine ferry to Plittersdorf is free, where you can also reach a very good and inexpensive German restaurant on foot. To go shopping in Plittersdorf or Seltz, you have to use a bicycle or car. When my son was little, there was regular drama when the short vacation was over and we had to go home again. But I still enjoy being there without children today....

"We've never experienced anything like it. - No electricity and a site ban on critical request. The receptionist is - as we experienced on the much nicer French alternative campsite, which welcomed us in a friendly manner - a well-known German hater. We were not the first to leave. That explained everything to us. It was a bad experience for our young people after many good exchanges with France via school.

"Never again!!! - The reception was unfriendly, nothing was explained and if you asked, you only got unfriendly announcements. We camped however we wanted because nobody was interested. You don't get electricity even though we were registered. The sanitary facilities are ancient and dirty. There are no leisure facilities and not even a store on the site. There is no peace and quiet, as nobody is there after 6 pm and some campers, who know this, are loud until late at night. We will never come back.

Le camping "les Bords du Rhin"est ouvert chaque année du 1er avril au 30 septembre. Il est municipal et sa gestion est assurée par la mairie. Nous disposons de 150 emplacements au total. - 77 sont équipés "grand confort caravanes" …destinés à des résidents permanents. (raccordement aux réseaux d'eau potable et aux eaux usées et vannes - branchements électriques 6A) - branchements électriques sur les autres terrains - aire de stationnement pour les autocaravanes Le terrain se situe dans un écrin de verdure de la plaine Rhénane, entre un étang et le Rhin, tout près de la réserve naturelle du delta de la Sauer Équipements et activités: -étang de baignade (surveillé la belle saison) disposant d'une plage de sable fin. -pistes cyclables et sentiers de randonnée -terrain de jeux avec équipements pour les enfants -espace de jeux avec agrès sur la plage -équipement pour recevoir les personnes à mobilité réduite -douches eau chaude gratuites -classement 2 étoiles en cours Commodités: -2 restaurants à proximité immédiate -bar avec restauration à quelques pas -jonction avec la piste cyclable internationale longeant le Rhin -sentiers de randonnées pédestres -bac transfrontalier pour piétons, 2 roues et voitures -à proximité: pêche, pêche à la mouche, tennis, médiathèque.... -grande surface commerciale et magasins divers dans le bourg à 2 km Classement 2 étoiles en cours Tarification: Pour correspondre à vos attentes, nous vous proposons une tarification soit à la journée, soit sur un ou plusieurs mois, soit sur l'année avec hivernage caravane Réservations et renseignements: Bureau d'accueil camping: ouverture de 9h à 20h en juin,juillet et août Régisseur: Mme Bernadette ROYER té.
