"Top. - We have been camping for over 20 years. This was one of our favorite places. To categorize : 2 over 65, we don't need fancy stuff and want the essentials to be in order. And that's what this place is. Quiet side valley near Avallon Clean and well-kept, Totally attentive staff. The site is secure, you get an access code. WiFi is best in the registration area/sanitary blocks. The location is great. Once to Avallon, but then also Bach Vezelay etc. We stayed here for three nights.

"Nice little campsite below Avallon - As Avallon is situated on a rocky spur, the name, Sous Roches, under rocks, is very appropriate. We immediately felt at home in the small, quiet valley surrounded by rocks. We received a friendly welcome and were given information about the town and how to get there on foot. We were able to choose our own pitch. We were asked if we wanted fresh bread for breakfast. The pool was cleaned every morning. The sanitary facilities are a bit older but clean. You should really walk up to the town, a very nice path that leads directly into the old town. We have not regretted our choice.

"nice municipal - The campsite is not located directly in Avallon but in the neighboring valley. However, Avallon is within easy walking distance. Nice reception. The pitches for Womo's are partly graveled. The showers are great (sanitary facilities with toilet paper and soap). The campsite is very nice, but too shady for the time of year.

"did not respect its estimate - although the campsite is pleasant and well-maintained, the welcome and respect shown by the managers are quite the opposite of the site!!!!! UNE HONTEEEEEE!!!! I asked for a quote in April for a pitch, 3 tents, 3 cars, 3 people, 5 dogs....everything was ok!!!! When we got there, the managers didn't respect their quote and forced us to take one pitch per person!!!! When you make an estimate, you stick to it. Otherwise we say our disagreement from the start!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really angry!

"Good municipal - A municipal on the really almost everything is right, large pitches, warm pleasant sanitary facilities, good pizza......Were with the place but not quite warm, it is located below the village in a "hole", with the dog there is only a small round around the place. I don't know where it was lacking for us.

"a top-class campsite - we stayed 5 days but we'll be back, a very well-kept campsite, very clean sanitary facilities, washing-up facilities, showers, laundry, a very flowery campsite, quiet, a very friendly welcome!!! highly recommended.
