На набережной вблизи комплекса расположены летние кафе, магазины, рынок, аптека, и другие туристические объекты. Номерной фонд домиков позволяет расположить порядка 160 человек. Здесь предлагаются домики 1-этажные: 2-х и 3-х местные номера, включающие в себя холодильник, кровати, прикроватную тумбочку, стол, стулья, шкаф. На территории общая кухня, душевые с горячей/холодной водой, сан.узлы. Отдыхающим выдается постельное белье при заселении. Круглосуточно охраняемая территория. Для проживающих также доступна общая территория: парковка, крытые беседки, мангалы для шашлыка. Автокемпинг специально обустроен для автотуристов, прибывающих в туристический комплекс: 150 мест с возможностью подключения света и воды.
