Camping Obora** zlokalizowany jest w sąsiedztwie Arboretum Bramy Morawskiej oraz rzeki Odry, na wjeździe do miasta Racibórz od strony Rybnika i Gliwic, ok. 3 km od głównego dworca autobusowego i kolejowego, niecałe 3,5 km od raciborskiego Rynku. Do kempingu możemy …się dostać komunikacją miejską, taksówką, pieszo lub na rowerze. Lokalizacja campingu (blisko granicy z Czechami) powoduje, że jest on dobrym miejscem wypadowym a możliwość organizacji wolnego czasu jest ogromna. Okolice Raciborza, jak i samo historyczne miasto to obszar ciekawych wycieczek turystycznych pieszych i rowerowych. W samym tylko mieście możemy zwiedzić Zamek Piastowski, Muzeum, Stare Miasto czy Arboretum Bramy Morawskiej. Niedaleko kempingu, bo w odległości 3,5 km znajduje się Rezerwat Łężczok, nie lada gratka dla miłośników dzikiej przyrody. Ciekawym miejscem na spędzenie wolnego czasu jest spacer po Parku Zamkowym i Bulwarach Nadodrzańskich. Miłośnikom atrakcji wodnych polecić możemy Aquapark H2Ostróg czynny codziennie od 6.00-22.00.
