"Camping with more advantages than disadvantages, dog-friendly, quiet - - paved paths between the pitches - international visitors from many nations - very quiet, except for distant dogs barking at night - the road in front of the campsite is also very quiet - right next to the campsite is "wilderness" and scrubland, so it's easy to walk the dogs - at the beach café "HOYO19" - approx. 800m away and easy to integrate into the morning round - there is also a café and tostadas / bocadillos / croissants at 07:30 - really tasty - good shopping facilities within cycling distance - fecal odor every day in the shower tract, no odor traps in the floor drains - inferior fittings with too much water and the shower heads splash EVERYTHING in the shower cubicle wet incl. the clothes and the towel - an inferior quality of fittings with too much water and the shower heads splash EVERYTHING in the shower cubicle wet incl. the clothes and the towel. one day no hot water because "the oil ran out" (after overcast skies) - then no hot water because the burner kept breaking down - only one of the two sanitary facilities was open although the pitch was quite full - only one type of bread for breakfast, no croissants or similar. (would have to be ordered in advance) - extremely expensive WLAN, which is also very slow; the first 20 minutes a day are free, but - because it's so slow - it's only enough to pick up an email - even at 08:00 in the morning only the night-time emergency lighting is on in the sanitary facilities, i.e. you have to shower in near darkness etc.

"Almost 4 stars ... - We were allocated pitch no. 86 at reception and the man at reception explained the route through the campsite on a map. As it turned out later, this was the very worst route: extremely tight bends, we had to uncouple twice (trailer < 12m) and drive around the bend by hand. Walls, stones and poles put a spanner in the works even for experienced trailer drivers. We were later told by permanent campers that the walls had already been scratched by numerous motorhomes. However, there would have been a much better route within the site, which shouldn't have been a problem even for larger vehicles. +++++ Our pitch was just 7 m long and 6 m wide, quite small for a caravan including towing vehicle, we only had a little space left for a table with 3 chairs. There would have been much larger free pitches opposite, but I suspect that these are deliberately not allocated to ACSI Card guests. I can't explain it any other way, as the receptionist had seen our caravan at the entrance. +++++ The location of the site is very nice, only a road and a park separate it from the beach, so you have to expect some noise from the road. +++++ The sanitary facilities are really good by Spanish standards, clean and tidy. Special thought has been given to children: Not only do they find beautifully and originally designed washing facilities, even the urinals in the men's section are specially placed at different heights. A great idea! +++++ The campsite also has its own lovely pool, but the rules of conduct seem to be a bit excessive. +++++ Power supply: 5 A, Schuko sockets. Connection boxes sometimes only accessible across several pitches. +++++ If you get a sufficiently large pitch, this campsite is definitely recommendable! (With better personal experience I might have given it 4 stars, but that leaves only 3).
