"Grm 39 - We were travelling with little children and a tent. Everything was fine regarding the camp, until the last day, when we were late for the check-out for nine minutes and they charged us an additional day. The girl at the desk was rude. After I sent a complaint via e-mail, I got an answer with apologies, saying this is their policy and they are not ready to do anything about it. Disappointed. Such things haven't happened to us before, not even in a hotel.

"Beautifully situated in a basin - Beautifully situated in a basin with a sparse tree population and free choice of pitches. Directly in front of the site, separated only by a fence, there is a bay with a sandy beach. However, it is open to the public, so it is very busy. The sanitary facilities are old, but clean. The restaurant belonging to the site is only lower middle class and you can only pay in cash. There is also a small, well-stocked store. Card payment is possible here. The store closes at 1400 hrs.

"Good place with minus points - The site has everything you need, but also offers no comfort. Good, inexpensive pitch with a nice little sandy beach (public). Supermarket is great, with nice sales clerks. Restaurant can be saved, at least with our choice of food. Staff listless, food not very tasty, tables dirty.

"Simple and beautiful, not expensive - We arrived in mid-August without a reservation, which was no problem at all. We were allowed to choose the pitch ourselves. If you go further back onto the pitch, you are in the shade of very old olive trees. This was perfect in midsummer, but if you come in the fall, there are also sunny pitches. The sanitary facilities are very basic but clean. The restaurant is fine, as is the supermarket, which is very well stocked. Ston is about 10 minutes away by car. The sandy beach is beautiful and of course very crowded in August. The staff at the reception was only partly friendly, often rather bored. The electricity costs nothing extra.

"Beautiful place under old olive trees - The site is located about 10 minutes below Ston in a bay. Free choice of pitches on flat terrain. There is a small supermarket (well stocked) restaurant delicious food, good friendly service, price / performance is right. Sanitary facilities were always very clean, few and small showers. You can get to the beach through the campsite or via the access road. Well located for excursions to Dubrovnik, the island of Mjlet or Korcula. We liked the place very much.

"Hidden campsite, enclosed in a bay. - The campsite is located in a bay. There is a beach to the front. There are high cliffs on all other sides. There are many olive trees on the site. Unfortunately, the olives regularly fall onto the roof. Even at night. But there is shade. However, the whole site was already quite shady anyway due to the high rock faces. In September it was already dark by 4pm because of this. What a shame! The beach was unfortunately also very crowded, as locals also used it and it is also very small. The infrastructure is good. There is a small supermarket with bread rolls for breakfast and a restaurant. The sanitary facilities were clean. There is a cash machine. There is a regular ferry on site to the islands. Overall, the campsite feels a bit cramped due to its location between the mountain slopes. There is only one road leading to and from the campsite. No hiking trails or anything. This makes you feel a bit enclosed. So not for people who love wide open spaces. Unfortunately, we didn't like it at all: ID cards are retained during the stay.
