"Beautiful campsite, but (verbally) aggressive owner - We have just returned home and have mixed feelings about this campground. Normally I would give the campground 4 out of 5 stars, but due to an encounter with the unfriendly and aggressive owner I am keeping it at 1 star. Just the normal review first, then I will end with the review of the unfriendly and aggressive owner. The campground is clean and well kept by the (well) friendly staff. We stood with our 2 daughters (11 / 9 years) and our on dog at the back of the campsite on an XL spot. The plumbing is fine and well kept. Only thing is that in the evening the hot water runs out because too much is used at once for the dishes and showers. I don't find it a problem, you can cool off for a while, but if you do want hot showers, you have to take that into account. WiFi is not very good and after an evening with lightning, it was no longer available at our spot. At the sanitary building there is good WiFi. On some evenings there was also band / music and that was very pleasant. With a bar you could sit there and have a drink. The campsite has enough trees, which is nice with the hot days. Behind the campsite there is a road, where in the evening mopeds drive by making a lot of noise. If you are sensitive to this, it is better not to go to the back of the campsite. The beach is a short walk away if you leave the campground and cross the one-way street. Lake Caldonazzo is lovely and not cold, but nice to cool off in. Directly opposite the campsite you can also rent pedal boats, some with a slide. Staff of this was very nice and we used this several times. Very nice. But now the verbally aggressive and unpleasant owner. We were on pitch 160 at the back of the campsite. Because we came with a dog, I emailed the campsite in advance if it was possible to get a pitch where

"Top campsite - A well-run campsite, tidy, everything very well maintained and clean, even the place where the garbage is taken is clean and tidy. The sanitary facilities are very clean and the operator and his family know how to run a campsite. Beautiful view, you don't have to drive far to get dreamlike impressions. The Trentino Card is included in the price, which means e.g. train rides to Trento or Bolzano are free.the lake is very clean (blue flag).you can reach good restaurants and ice cream parlors on foot in 2 minutes.we can highly recommend the Biba`s restaurant here.

"Excellent - Everything was great! Very nice campsite, pitches right on the lake. The campsite team is very nice, the sanitary facilities are clean and there are delicious restaurants within walking distance. We like to come here again and again!

"Nice, manageable CP - We stayed at the campsite for two nights as a stopover and were given a very friendly welcome. The location is perfect on the lake. Crossing a one-way street doesn't bother us at all. We would come again if we are in the area!

The Punta Lago campsite has been in existence since 1961. The campsite is always up to date and gives great importance to the care of the facilities, cleanliness and good comfort. In addition to the newly built pitches on the …lakeshore, which are suitable for motorhomes and the 100 m² pitches, there are also mobile homes for families. From 2022, there are new mobile homes for adult guests only, with a whirlpool on the terrace and a separate and exclusive relax area.

ZUFAHRT ZUM CAMPINGPLATZ PUNTA LAGO - CALCERANICA Falls Sie zu uns aus Norden oder aus Süden kommen, fahren Sie auf der Brenner-Autobahn A22, dann Autobahnausfahrt „Trento Nord“ benutzten und weiterfahren in Richtung PADOVA auf der SS 47. Nach 15 km …an der Ausfahrt SUSA‘ vorbeifahren. Hier wird die bis eben zwei-spurig Strasse, Ein-Spurig. An diesem Punkt bitte an der Ausfahrt rechts gut aufpassen, ansteigende Rampe in Richtung SAN CRISTOFORO, CALCERANICA AL LAGO, CALDONAZZO. In Calceranica angekommen, den ersten Kreisverkehr passieren und die Brücke überfahren, nach circa 100 m und unmittelbar nach der Delta Energy-Tankstelle, nach links abbiegen. Ca. 200 m abwärts weiterfahren, den Bahnübergang überqueren und rechts abbiegen. Ca. 700 m weiterfahren und Sie sind angekommen. Falls Sie die Ausfahrt nach San Cristoforo verpasst haben, dann gibt es eine zweite Möglichkeit: Fahren Sie auf der SS47 weiter, die Straße führt den Caldonazzo See entlang, bis „Lokalität Brenta“. Von hier fahren Sie bis Caldonazzo weiter. BITTE BIEGEN SIE NICHT RECHT AB, BEVOR SIE DEN BAHNÜBERGANG ÜBERQUERT HABEN. BITTE FAHREN SIE GERADEAUS WEITER UM EINEN WEG MIT VERBOTENER DURCHFAHRT ZU MEIDEN. Den Bahnübergang überqueren und rechts abbiegen. An der Straßenkreuzung noch rechts abbiegen, entlang der „Strada Provinciale N. 1“ des Caldonazzo Sees, in Richtung Calceranica. Am Eingang des Dorfes Calceranica, Kreisverkehr überqueren und ca. 400 weiterfahren. Unmittelbar vor der Delta EnergyTankstelle rechts abbiegen. Von diesem Zeitpunkt an können Sie der oben genannten Ausschilderung folgen. Ca. 200 m abwärts weiterfahren, den Bahnübergang überqueren und rechts abbiegen. Ca. 700 m weiterfahren und Sie sind angekommen. Falls Sie zu uns aus Padova kommen: auf der SS47 des Valsugana fahren, dann Ausfahrt nach Levico und Caldonazzo benutzen. Auf der „Strada Provinciale N. 1” des Caldonazzo Sees weiterfahren, in Richtung Caldonazzo und dann Calceranica al Lago. Wie oben ausgeführt den ersten Kreisverkehr passieren und ca. 400 weiterfahren. Unmittelbar vor der Delta Energy-Tankstelle rechts abbiegen.
