"Again and again, had a parking space for 20 years - It's funny that you can't see a lake in the 2nd picture. It should be right next to the campsite. My favorite is and remains the Ruderbaum campsite in Altnau TG. Directly on Lake Constance. They have also thought of the little ones and integrated a playground. The same goes for the youngsters with ping pong, jöggelikasten

"Familiar CP with excellent public transport connections - We stayed for a week. Great beach within walking distance, boat landing stage not far from the CP, train station right next door with great connections to a large shopping center (a few minutes), restaurant (self-service, rather cheap) on CP, upscale restaurant with cocktails right next door, bike path / hiking trail leads directly past the CP. Quickly in Kreuzlingen by train.

"We will definitely be back! - A very nice site, somewhat sloping, but close to Lake Constance. There are a sufficient number of wedges to compensate for the sloping site. Very nice service and the permanent campers gave us a very friendly welcome.

"Camping in the orchard - Perfect location right next to the local train station (no disturbance!) and above the Altnau boat station. Good self-service restaurant and also a good restaurant in the immediate vicinity on the lake. Direct access to the lakeside hiking trail and Lake Constance cycle path. Modern sanitary facilities leave nothing to be desired. Bakers and fruit vendors come to the site with vending carts and everything else can be bought in the village. The site is very large and almost completely occupied by permanent campers. The tourist pitches are in a sloping orchard without parcels on grass. Not recommended for large motorhomes. Additional wooden wedges are available for leveling. We stood too close to the sanitary building and were kept awake late into the night and early in the morning by washing-up noises and inconsiderate campers. The camping operation is practically unregulated and so a youth group was able to play loud music and bawl unhindered all afternoon. It would actually be very nice and peaceful on the site with a view of Lake Constance! However, it is highly recommended as a transit site or for a weekend.

"alan faux - There were teenage drunks and illegal drinking on our site and noise till 4.30am. Many people complained but the management did nothing.
