"Romantic campsite with lake access - We really liked the campsite. The area is really beautiful and there's lots to do. The campsite is pleasantly quiet and there is also a nice restaurant.

"Perfect environment for athletes - Spent a wonderful time at this campsite with lots of sporting activities ... Great tour by bike to the Dolomiten Hütte and the Karlsbader Hütte. Both huts can be reached directly from the campsite. This site is also ideal for climbing or via ferrata in the Lienz Dolomites. Perfect area for mountain biking ... when you register you get all the information for free ...very nice

"Beautiful campsite for sports enthusiasts! - We liked the campsite very much, especially because of the location in the mountains directly on the lake, to practice many activities! Great shuttle service to the beautiful town of Lienz every hour! We came as a couple, but certainly perfect for families too!

"Fantastic place in the middle of the mountains directly on the lake! - This is a real insider tip! It is the ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours. When it gets hot, you can jump into the cool mountain lake in 2 minutes! Dreamlike!

"2 great days - Arrived in the morning, got a pitch without any problems. Perfect and clean place to relax for a few days! The pitch is located at an altitude of 860m and is on a slope, so you stand at a slight angle. But that didn't bother us. The lake can be used free of charge, you get a free ticket as the lake is also an outdoor pool. The sanitary facilities are great, with soft music in the background you can shower and wash yourself! There is even a cool box for the ice packs so that you can return home later with cool drinks. There are lots of things to do outside the campsite! Hiking, cycling, climbing, rafting, everything your heart desires. Unfortunately, there is one small disadvantage: it is a transit campsite where pitches are changed quickly, so children have little chance of making friends! We will definitely be back!

"Very pleasant place - Great place with free choice of pitches, very close to the lido. Lido also suitable for small children. Lake very good for swimming. Totally quiet location. Pure vacation in nature. Dishwashing basin not so good. Unfortunately the restaurant is closing for good. Operator very friendly. We will definitely be back, stayed 4 days, only wanted to stay 2. You can stay however you like. Super

For all visitors of "campingfuehrer.at" there are 2 + 1 days free of charge up to …July 5th, 2002 and from August 22nd, 2002. Please bring the copy of our page to our office. Beach-volleyball (sand); nature trail; 3 climbing grounds (Dolomiti); badminton; paragliding; Kayak; mountain-biking (fantastic!!), rafting, trekking.
