"CP - Beautifully located CP and friendly owners We have been visiting the campsite since it opened and have always been impressed by the beautiful surroundings and the friendly village. Due to the good reviews, the campsite is unfortunately totally full of young families and small children - hence the constant children's whining from early to late. The toilet facilities are clean, but due to the number of campers - with only two sitting toilets and two standing toilets - slightly overloaded - plan for waiting times.

"Beautiful campsite with an idyllic setting at the harbor - Beautiful campsite off the beaten track. There are tavernas and two small stores at the harbor nearby. There is a bar on the beach, about 100 meters away, which you can't hear at the campsite. There is a taverna offering fast food and drinks and a small store on site. The campsite is very large and offers shade. The toilets and showers were always very clean. The beach has large pebbles and no pebbles and unfortunately the water goes down very quickly, so I wouldn't recommend it for young children who can't swim yet. There are also free sun loungers and parasols on the beach. If you come from Tripoli, the journey is no problem and it goes along the very beautiful coastal road, we came from Ghytion and had to cross the mountains, as a passenger it is best to close your eyes, because there are very steep serpentines and the motorhome or caravan should not be longer than 6.5 meters.

"Highly recommended - We were on the pitch in July 2020 - directly after the (first?) Corona break. There were therefore only a few guests on the pitch. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the campsite is right on the beach, sun loungers and parasols are available to guests free of charge. There is a small mini market and tavernas are within walking distance. The sanitary facilities are excellent. The reception was very friendly. We can recommend the campsite without reservation!

"Quiet place between orchards and vegetable gardens with a beautiful beach - Quiet place to relax, friendly operators, pebble beach with clean water, large central kitchen building with seating and WLAN. Sanitary facilities in good condition, exemplary waste separation. The campsite only has a small mini-market and no restaurant. However, the village of Plaka, just 100 meters away, has two mini-markets and several good restaurants. Very good value for money.

Camping Semeli grounds is situated in the area of Plaka Leonidion Arkadia. Leonidion which is build alongside the Myrtoon Sea under the mountains of Parnona, is basically a traditional residential area. It is the capital of the Municipality of south …Kynouria while its most distinctive feature is the imposing red rocky mountain, overlooking the area. At a distance of 4Km from the centre of Leonidion axtends the seaside village of Plaka, it is the most important seaport of the Municipality, which particularly during antiquity constituted the centre of South Kynouria. The so called ‘Prasies’ or ‘Vrasies’ are placed over the port of Plaka on the hill of Agios Athanasios.
