"The very last thing - On Saturday last week I was rudely chased off the site by the campsite operator because I didn't come to reception immediately after parking the camper, but took a walk with my dogs to the back entrance to go to reception from there. Although I had booked, I was not seen as a customer of the campsite, but as a visitor from somewhere who had to be put in his place by being shouted at (which is not usual in Germany!) and was also pleased that he was going home again.

"Stay July 2024 - We cannot understand the negative reviews from July 2024 about the campsite operator. We got to know the site operators as calm, objective, helpful and friendly people. The site is clean and well-kept. The sanitary facilities are older but clean. We would love to come back.

"Never again - Location is nice. But the operator should see a psychologist. Unbelievably unfriendly operator went into a rage attack over something trivial and started shouting all over the place.

"Nice place, cool operator - The operator is aggressive and aggressive, has no control over himself and zero social skills. He likes to shout at women in the absence of the man and thunders around all day with the mower.... for me the first and last time.....I can only advise against women traveling alone

"Aggressiveness of the campsite operator - When we arrived at the campsite in the evening, reception was closed and we were told on the phone that no one was available. We then stopped at the visitors' parking lot and I filled up our water supply with 20 liters of water from the campsite. I didn't see any problem with this as we wanted to register the next day and water is free at the campsite. Some time later, a car drove very close to our motorhome, the campsite manager jumped out, hit our car with his fist and shouted at me that I had stolen 20 liters of water from him and should pay €20 and we should leave the site in 5 minutes. Then he also threw our 3 items, which were lying on the pitch, into the camper van. We had nothing to counter this aggression and we paid the completely exorbitant price for the 20 liters of water and left.

"Great location, in beautiful nature, in a quiet location - The pitches are laid out like terraces and are generously sized. There are also no fixed pitches. Everyone can choose their own spot. Clean sanitary facilities, but clearly getting on in years. Wide and good access road. The electricity and water supply can be reached at a reasonable distance from each pitch. Great hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity. Maps can be borrowed free of charge from reception. The restaurant has very reasonable prices.
