"unfortunately not recommended - disappointing, camping is a gravel place, without friendliness, quite desolate - almost like a 10 EUR pitch, but costs 50 EUR for 2 people.

"Antje aus Holland - We found it a very bad campground, which was most like a neglected parking lot. In fact, upon arrival there were two fat cars parked on our spot, which appeared to belong to no one (probably restaurant guests). Furthermore, they did not come across as guest-oriented at all. The reception desk is hidden in the restaurant, making it virtually impossible to report anything. In the posh restaurant attached to it, we were bluntly refused entry at 8:30 p.m. while there were still plenty of free tables. Not to mention the way they did it, what a bare shit... never experienced anything like it. Furthermore, the sanitary facilities stank tremendously. Maybe it was because of the mats, which were all over the floor like carpets and hung outside from time to time. They had lit scented candles, but this did not work at all. I consider myself anything but childish in those things, but it was hard to do there all in all. Hugely pricey too, so not going there is our opinion.

"Very good restaurant, place without charm - Hardly any green on gravel pitches, sanitary facilities clean but getting on in years. Price for pitch quite proud. Good location, great restaurant.

"Beautiful - We landed here without further ado and were greeted nicely in the restaurant and informed about the procedure on arrival in the absence of the site manager. A notice informs you about the occupancy and when free pitches are booked. If this is in the future, you can "board" this pitch and "keep" it until the booked date. We liked this very much. As mentioned, there is a restaurant on site, the sanitary facilities are clean, showers are included in the price, supply and disposal at the entrance, electricity on site, Ammersee a stone's throw from the site. We only stayed one night, so no further information. And always remember, motorhome drivers greet each other.

"Not recommended - Campsite located directly on the railroad track. Sanitary facilities clean but you have to go through the cold rooms first. After 6 min shower/toilet the light goes out. No water at the pitch and power supply does not meet the Champingnorm! Not recommended

Der Badebereich am See beinhaltet eine Liegewiese und das flache Wasser im Uferbereich eignet sich insbesondere für ein ausgiebiges Spiel- und Planschvergnügen der kleinen Gäste. Das auf dem …Platz eingerichtete Seerestaurant St. Alban verfügt über eine große Seeterrasse und sorgt für das leibliche Wohl der Urlauber. Modern eingerichtete Sanitäranlagen sind mit Toiletten, Duschen und Waschbecken ausgestattet. Daran angrenzend befindet sich eine Spülküche. Kühlräume stehen den Gästen ebenso zur Verfügung wie eine Entsorgungsstation für Chemie-Toiletten. Das Gelände bietet sowohl Stellplätze für Wohnmobile und Wohnwagen als auch eine Zeltwiese. Hunde sind auf dem Zeltplatz gestattet. Für Menschen, die im Urlaub neben Sport, Kultur und Unterhaltung auch ein paar Tage der Ruhe inmitten reizvoller Natur genießen wollen, ist der Campingplatz am Ammersee der richtige Zielort.
